I have been coming here for the past 4-5 years. I don't come every 2-3 weeks, but I come at least 6-8 times a year. Each time, I haven't left unsatisfied. I don't go to a specific person, but I do appreciate Tina, Alex, and everyone else. The ladies and men are very nice, friendly, and really accommodating. They also offer water, tea, and coffee.

I got under-nail infection after doing gel pedicure at this location even that Brokaw location was always fine with this. The salon didn't try to investigate. They didn't want to remove the polish at once because they were too afraid. Finally removed nail polish for free. Awful service, they don't take care about the customers.

Tracy is the absolute best. Every time I visit. I love her new ideas. She knows what looks greats and is very creative. This is why I've been going here for over a year. The staff is great at this location.
Great place for nails. Had mani pedi. It is more expensive than some salons but worth it because they use all brand new files and tools. They also listened when I had concerns about my thin nails. However, be aware they will push for cash pay and Venmo for tips.
Second visit was even better. Love the ladies and gentlemen who work there.
