Samantha was very aggressive in the bath bowl, and when she took my hair out of the bowl my hair was like DREADS! I myself had to brush my hair because it was painful and rushed for her too brush it. I spent 45 mins brushing it. I patiently waited for her to finish another customer and politely asked for her too…
