Response time from initial phone call to service call was extremely prompt. They arrived the next day. I was having backup battery to sump pump issues. The alarm would come on and you had to manually turn it off. He explained options and was very informative. I would recommend this company to everyone!
Andy came out to my home to provide an estimate. I thought he was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. I haven’t had the installation yet. This will be done in the near future.

Even though it was not an emergency, Knight plumbing was able to take care of my sump pump repair the same day I called. Andy was knowledgeable and helpful and gave me options for the sump pump replacement. He also answered general plumbing questions I had. Overall only took about 2 hours.
