Knight Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

I receievd a notification of when the technician would arrive and a picture of the technician. Isiah was very nice, explained what needed to be done, did the job and then explained the repair. Great experience!

I continue to utilize Knight Plumbing. The first time I used Knight Plumbing was on New Years Eve day in 2019. My upper bathroom shower drain failed and was pouring water into my son’s room. Even though they were scheduled with appointments that day, they were able to dispatch 2 plumbers to fix the issue in less…

Had another great experience with Andy. He uncovered some very serious issues with my pipes that date back to the 1930s and explained it all thoroughly, worked carefully, and left no mess behind.

Great experience. Andy is the best. It was a very difficult job and everything was handled wonderfully. So professional. We will only use knight plumbing!

Andy was very professional and explained everything fixed. The job was done quick and Andy did a great job. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I had three issues that needed to be rectified in our Shorewood home that we have lived in for over 30 years. One was a sink way out in our family room that didn’t run at all, another was an upstairs bathroom with no water pressure in the sink, and the final one was a leaky bathtub with really old faucets. Other…

Every time we have called Knight Plumbing, they have been straight forward with scheduling, courteous of your time, and will give you options (where possible) if you are trying to keep a budget in mind. Every person I interacted with was nice and extremely helpful. Thank you! We've had a water heater replaced and…

Had a crisis with my plumbing. I contacted Knight Plumbing because of the favorable posts and their rating. I was extremely impressed with the communication I received from the office. Tyler came to my rescue. He was very prompt and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain why I had my issues and went…

I can't recommend these guys enough. They arrived earlier and talked with the city water works for me. They found a better solution then what I called them for and saved me a ton of money. That is money that I would have been paying them. It's awesome to see a company take care of people like that rather than making…

My water heater kept tripping the reset button. I contacted Knight Plumbing via email, they responded right away and scheduled an appointment promptly. They communicated arrival time clearly. Responded quickly, team was on time, friendly and solved our plumbing issue same day. Second time using them and we will continue to for any future needs.

We had two leaking showers, one that became a severe problem while waiting for a new part for the other shower to come in. While waiting for our next appointment, one of the showers started to run constantly a full force. I called Knight Plumbing as soon as I noticed the worse problem and they immediately came out…

Andy was amazing!! He did a great job and was also quick. He was also patient and polite and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend! It was easy to setup an appointment.

We’ve used Knight plumbing a couple of times. They are always punctual, friendly, and the work is always good quality. They’re our go-to as new homeowners!

Knight Plumbing is always quick to get out to our house when we have an issue and the job done right. All of the staff is professional and friendly but Andy Roeder is especially fantastic to work with!

Had an appointment between 9-12, Isiah was there shortly after 9. Went down to the basement, identified the problem, broke down my options for me, which I agreed to, and got to work. Performed the repair in a timely manner, cleaned up after himself, and I was able to go on about my day. Also liked the online…

Since we had used Knight Plumbing in the past, we were definitely going with them again. Called and were treated like old friends instead of potential clients. Got an appointment almost immediately for an inspection, Andy came right on time and after a thorough inspection gave us a fair quote and even said he could…
