Response time from initial phone call to service call was extremely prompt. They arrived the next day. I was having backup battery to sump pump issues. The alarm would come on and you had to manually turn it off. He explained options and was very informative. I would recommend this company to everyone!

Even though it was not an emergency, Knight plumbing was able to take care of my sump pump repair the same day I called. Andy was knowledgeable and helpful and gave me options for the sump pump replacement. He also answered general plumbing questions I had. Overall only took about 2 hours.
