Professional. Cleaned all of the work area after job was finished. Quality workmanship.
This company is awesome, first think I liked was when I called to get a quote Colton came out, he was also the one that came back to do the repair so he knew scope of work. This seldom happens with a repair company. I had a water spicket that was installed so bad I wasn't sure he would be able to replace he did a…
Today was our second time working with Isiah Zinda from Knight Plumbing in Tippecanoe, WI and I don't think we will ever be calling anyone else! Isiah is so kind, answers any of our random questions and is always happy to take a look at any of our plumbing, regardless of the project he is here for. We now have a…
I continue to utilize Knight Plumbing. The first time I used Knight Plumbing was on New Years Eve day in 2019. My upper bathroom shower drain failed and was pouring water into my son’s room. Even though they were scheduled with appointments that day, they were able to dispatch 2 plumbers to fix the issue in less…
Isiah was great. Explained everything including potential hidden issues so there were no surprises. Services provided in Oak Creek.
I have now used Knight Plumbing 3 times and have been consistently satisfied with each of the plumbers: Andy, Isiah & Colton. Communication is great both with scheduling and with the plumbers. Recently they installed a water filtration system, replaced a toilet & a shower sprayer. They have earned my loyalty!
Had another great experience with Andy. He uncovered some very serious issues with my pipes that date back to the 1930s and explained it all thoroughly, worked carefully, and left no mess behind.
Through the years, I have used Knight Plumbing several times but this is my first review. They have installed my kitchen sink and faucet, a new toilet, a water softener and new hot water heater as well as repaired leaks and other repairs. Most importantly to me they came out and fixed my old water heater on a…
Great service - attempted repair, and we wound up purchasing a new, high-end luxury toilet. We love it!
I recently had a new water heater, toilets, and several faucets installed. I found the process very efficient from start to finish. I received clear, affordable estimates prior to scheduling. Colton did my installation and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything very clearly. I will…
Quick to respond and easy to book. Happy with service!
Isiah and Colton replaced our old galvanized pipes and installed copper pipes. They were timely and efficient and also very clean. It was amazing. They also installed a new toilet (our old one was total garbage) and installed a vanity which they came back to install because the one we ordered online was buster when…
Update 4/12/24: Isiah did a quality replacement on a short run for a leaky inside valve to the outside spigot. Thank you! Did the usual root clean out of the sewer line under our basement floor, and towards the street. Had an appointment the next day after calling 8:30pm the night before. A year before this, they…
Once again amazing job, did remodel on both MB Bath. Guest Bath and Laundry Room. Pinewild Thank you Rodney, Santana, Avery and Sean
Came out last min , quoted me $300 cheaper then a competitor . Even called to make sure my inspections went well after. Highly recommended!
I thought the toilet leak was coming from the water supply line. Andy checked that, flushed the toilet several times and found that it was actually a cracked wax seal. Upon removal of the toilet a hairline crack was found on the back of the water tank. The crack wasn’t visible from the inside but on the outside it…
My husband and I were impressed with Wrigley Lowe’s level of professionalism, expertise and customer service. Being new homeowners in the Milwaukee area has been a rocky process for us so we are grateful for our positive experience with Knight Plumbing, Inc.
2 brand new comfort height toilets, installed on time by a good, friendly plumber and all at a VERY competitive price.
Andy arrived on time and was very professional. He repaired everything that needed fixing and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend, they were professional from the first phone call to the date of service.
We had a crack in the toilet tank on our very old toilet. We initially had to make an appointment one week out, but were able to be added to their cancellation list. Lucky for us, someone cancelled the very next day and so Wrigley and Isiah promptly came out to check out our toilet. A replacement was recommended…
This review has been updated from 3 weeks ago to address my concern that was reported right after the first service call. UPDATE 7_24_22 Knight Plumbing's operations manager reached out to me and listened attentively to concerns that I brought to his attention about a newer employee initially assigned to my home.…
I reached out to Knight Plumbing after essentially being ignored by a couple of other companies in the area. They got me in for an initial consult and set me up for an appointment very quickly. They were booking about 2 weeks out at the time. Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly and professional. This is…
I'm very satisfied that I've trusted Knight on 3 occasions now. Andy was here all times and is punctual, knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. He went above and beyond and even checked my attic for another possible leak source! George is always great to talk to on the phone, too. I will definitely call Knight for my next plumbing project.
Brad, Andy, and Jacob installed the plumbing, shower, and toilet for our new basement bathroom. They were so great to work with. They were professional, on time, and communicated every step of the process with us. I would definitely recommend Knight Plumbing to anyone. George was great too. Even when I had to call…
