Received phone call prior to Isiah's arrival. Very respectful and polite young man. Explained to me work he would be doing and showed me pictures. Gave me price quote before work began. When job completed showed me before and after pictures. Cleaned up as well. Will use Knight Plumbing in the future and would recommend to friends and family also.
Isaiah was great with taking care of all our plumbing needs
We had our toilet replaced by Isiah Zinda. He did a great job, and as honest and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Andy was punctual, polite, respectful of the property, and honest. He shared helpful insights and suggestions for possible solutions to the problem while being very clear of the financial implications of each option, emphasizing best solution over cost. Lastly, he did a great job proving his excellent skill and workmanship.
I had Isiah Zinder out to my home to do an easy fix on my toilet and he also changed the aerator on my sink faucet. He was very nice and very professional. Now I can flush my toilet again! Yayyy!
Huge shoutout to Isiah Zinda for fixing our leaking toilet. I have now used knight plumbing twice for plumbing emergencies and both times they have really knocked it out of the park. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
I continue to utilize Knight Plumbing. The first time I used Knight Plumbing was on New Years Eve day in 2019. My upper bathroom shower drain failed and was pouring water into my son’s room. Even though they were scheduled with appointments that day, they were able to dispatch 2 plumbers to fix the issue in less…
Isiah was great. Explained everything including potential hidden issues so there were no surprises. Services provided in Oak Creek.
We have always had great experiences with Knight, they are quick to respond and are very informative when walking you through your options. We recently had Colton come out and fix our toilet that was constantly running. He gave me a quick estimate and completed the work very efficiently.
They are always great!
Colton was prompt, kind, and efficient. An ideal experience for some peace of mind in an old house with old plumbing.
We are very pleased with the work done by Isiah and Knight Plumbing. We had a slow filling toilet whose shut-off valve was inoperable. Isiah evaluated the situation, quoted us the repair price, and took care of the issue in a very prompt and professional manner. We have used this company multiple times over the past…
Dan came out quickly. He was very polite and efficient.
Excellent service! ITS RARE to see this professionalism nowadays. Nick went above and beyond what he was required to do, offered suggestions and explained what he was doing. He put everything back in its place, unlike other service people I have hired.. I can't find words. I wish him every blessing in life.
The tech arrived timely, diagnosed the issues we were experiencing with 2 separate toilets and resolved both issues. He was customer-focused, explained what the problems were and what he was going to do to fix them. We are very happy with the service received.
Through the years, I have used Knight Plumbing several times but this is my first review. They have installed my kitchen sink and faucet, a new toilet, a water softener and new hot water heater as well as repaired leaks and other repairs. Most importantly to me they came out and fixed my old water heater on a…
I have used Knight Plumbing several times within the past four years, from a sewer backup issue to toilet and sink repairs! They have been wonderful to work with! Professional, prompt, and service oriented! Great staff and supportive of your needs!! I highly recommend them!
Dan came out to unclog my toilet same day that I called Knight Plumbing. Very happy each time I call for service.
Great service - attempted repair, and we wound up purchasing a new, high-end luxury toilet. We love it!
Friendly and capable and explained things very well Russ Kubesch
Isiah was very professional and proficient at his craft.
Really great experience overall. The plumber was great and went over everything with me before he fixed anything and explained afterwards what was done.
Wonderful service and work performed. Andy was professional and friendly. Will be calling again when I have plumbing problems. Thanks again
They are incredible. Very fast scheduling my appointment, very friendly and easy to talk with the plumber, he knew exactly what he was doing in replacing my requested part's and the job was not labor intensive. Cleaned up after the job was completed and now everything is working properly again. I would most…
On time, work performed well and good communication.
Knight Plumbing is my go to in the Milwaukee area. They always work with my schedule, are timely, responsive and the work gets done right. The cost is always within a normal range and they tell you before they do the work! Love this company!
Was able to receive service within hours of calling. Plumber was on time, fast and friendly. Technician even cleaned up behind himself 👍🏼 I’m satisfied 🤗
Knight always does top-notch work!
Update 4/12/24: Isiah did a quality replacement on a short run for a leaky inside valve to the outside spigot. Thank you! Did the usual root clean out of the sewer line under our basement floor, and towards the street. Had an appointment the next day after calling 8:30pm the night before. A year before this, they…

Quick, efficient. Book early, they are very busy. Minor job is the reason for average score; Check other reviews for more complex job reviews.
I called 8;45 AM, Knight was on-site and had resolved the issue by 10 AM. I was very pleased overall!
Highly recommended
The whole team at Knight was awesome! From the first phone call with the receptionist for service to the work performed by Wrigley & Tyler. Super polite, knowledgeable, professional and happy people. Fixed the problem without hassle.
I've used this company twice now. Fast, professional, and experienced.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend to everyone.
Great company! I called and they were at my house within a half hour.
Andy was informative, helpful and efficient. I am super happy with the quality of his work. Job was done much earlier than expected.
Bradley was extremely knowledgeable and explained every cost to me. A wonderful job performed. I'll be recommending all my friends!
Had them fix a trap on a sink, and a gasket on my toilet. It was over $450! Very expensive, took almost 3 hours, and the work was average at best. I would look else where!
Made an appointment for a Tuesday afternoon. They called and came out on Monday. Yeah for us!! Tanya did a professional job and was polite as she fixed the toilet. Will recommend them to family and friends.
