They were able to schedule me in such short notice. Polite, respectful and didn’t break anything. I had the deep cleaning, but they didn’t deep clean every room. They overlooked my microwave. They dusted around things instead of picking them up. Very expensive.

This morning, I arrived at my condo to find that it had been vandalized. I was in a state of complete shock and distress. The place was destroyed, and I felt completely overwhelmed, not even knowing where to begin.
I called Kokoro Cleaning Service, and they responded immediately. From the very first conversation, they were kind, compassionate, friendly, and incredibly professional. They understood that this was about more than simply cleaning a home—it was an incredibly difficult and emotional situation.
They went to work, and by the end of the day, my home had been restored.
But they restored something else, too.
On a day when I felt shaken and discouraged, their kindness reminded me that there are still genuinely good people who show up when someone needs help. They restored my faith in humanity and revitalized my spirit.
I am deeply grateful to the entire Kokoro team—not only for the beautiful work they did, but for the compassion they showed me when I needed it most. I will never forget their kindness.

Your words about our team’s kindness and compassion are deeply appreciated. At Kokoro Cleaning Service, we believe that how we treat people matters just as much as the work we perform, and your review is a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.

I was moving out of my apartment and was looking for a reliable and affordable cleaner. I compared and contrasted some companies, but the one that stood out was Kokoro Cleaning Service.
Off the bat, they quoted me a reasonable price based on the issues I had with my apartment. Let’s just say I had certain concerns about my apartment, and they totally delivered. They even sent me before and after pictures of what they did, and I was truly impressed!
So if you’re in need of a cleaner who can do ovens, refrigerators, carpets, mirrors, etc., then Kokoro Cleaning Service is the one you want to hire!”

Hi Jo Anne,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We truly appreciate you acknowledging our ability to accommodate your cleaning on short notice and the professionalism and respectfulness of our team.
That said, we’re disappointed to hear that the deep cleaning did not fully meet your expectations. If areas were overlooked, including your microwave, or surfaces were dusted around rather than properly addressed, we understand why you would be dissatisfied—especially after booking and paying for a deep cleaning service.
At Kokoro Cleaning Service, we want the quality of our work to reflect the value our clients are paying for. Your feedback is important to us, and we would appreciate the opportunity to review what happened and see how we can make this experience better for you.
Please contact our management team directly at your convenience so we can personally address your concerns.
Thank you again, Jo Anne, for giving us the opportunity to serve you and for providing feedback that helps us continue improving.
Warm regards,
