Kokoro Cleaning Service

Kokoro provides an excellent service. Owner and staff are kind, communicate really well, flexible, and thorough. They often offer discounts or promotions. Ronna, who came to clean my home, was respectful, detailed, and truly cared about her work and my satisfaction. I highly recommend!!

Great experience and thorough cleaning.

I am very pleased with Vara and Kokoro’s cleaning service! Vara communicated very well and followed up on my specific requests. Great job to Vara and thank you for my clean residence!

I was moving out of my apartment and was looking for a reliable and affordable cleaner. I compared and contrasted some companies, but the one that stood out was Kokoro Cleaning Service. Off the bat, they quoted me a reasonable price based on the issues I had with my apartment. Let’s just say I had certain concerns… Read full review

They were able to schedule me in such short notice. Polite, respectful and didn’t break anything. I had the deep cleaning, but they didn’t deep clean every room. They overlooked my microwave. They dusted around things instead of picking them up. Very expensive.

We felt that he set a high standard & we're pleased with his work.

Cannot say enough good things about Kokoro Cleaning. If you are on the fence, book it! You will not be sorry. Orlando and Reyna are top notch professionals that you can feel good about trusting your home with. Fast, kind. Efficient and just great. A+++++++++++. Oh, and please tip your cleaner. This is incredibly hard work.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I have been battling with a roach infestation problem in my kitchen since I moved in over a month ago. The property manager sent over two people to clean this problem, and neither one of them came close to being clean. Until Akira, and his wife came to my house and made it look… Read full review

Both women were fantastic the carpets look amazing I can now start getting the apartment ready to have guests as the clutter was a little overwhelming.

They outsource and only pay their maids half of what you pay. So, this company only schedules with those maids you can find on Nextdoor, charge you double what it should cost, and then only pays the one who does the work half of your money. I asked for a deep clean of my house and only got 1 maid for four hours. It… Read full review

Even when one of their employees had to call off sick they found someone else to clean my home that same day since I had family arriving the following day . I have no complaints . Will probably use them again .… Read full review

I booked Kokoro through their website to have them do a one-time deep cleaning of my apartment and they did an INCREDIBLE job! I had unexpectedly been away from my apartment for 3 months due to a car accident when traveling for Thanksgiving. I still had a broken arm, and I was healing from several surgeries, so a… Read full review

The cleaning crew did an excellent job! They arrived on time and after doing the initial walk thru, they went to work right away. I had a post construction deep cleaning job. They left my house smelling fresh and looking clean. Would highly recommend!
