Kokoro Cleaning Service

Kokoro provides an excellent service. Owner and staff are kind, communicate really well, flexible, and thorough. They often offer discounts or promotions. Ronna, who came to clean my home, was respectful, detailed, and truly cared about her work and my satisfaction. I highly recommend!!

Great experience and thorough cleaning.

I am very pleased with Vara and Kokoro’s cleaning service! Vara communicated very well and followed up on my specific requests. Great job to Vara and thank you for my clean residence!

This morning, I arrived at my condo to find that it had been vandalized. I was in a state of complete shock and distress. The place was destroyed, and I felt completely overwhelmed, not even knowing where to begin. I called Kokoro Cleaning Service, and they responded immediately. From the very first conversation,… Read full review

I had the headache of dealing with another cleaning company which left my place dirty and refused to help me clean my drains, however, Kokoro came to my rescue and saved the day. They certainly have a can-do attitude and was such a relief. If you need someone who will tackle difficult jobs, they are here for you.… Read full review

I was moving out of my apartment and was looking for a reliable and affordable cleaner. I compared and contrasted some companies, but the one that stood out was Kokoro Cleaning Service. Off the bat, they quoted me a reasonable price based on the issues I had with my apartment. Let’s just say I had certain concerns… Read full review

They were able to schedule me in such short notice. Polite, respectful and didn’t break anything. I had the deep cleaning, but they didn’t deep clean every room. They overlooked my microwave. They dusted around things instead of picking them up. Very expensive.

We felt that he set a high standard & we're pleased with his work.

Cannot say enough good things about Kokoro Cleaning. If you are on the fence, book it! You will not be sorry. Orlando and Reyna are top notch professionals that you can feel good about trusting your home with. Fast, kind. Efficient and just great. A+++++++++++. Oh, and please tip your cleaner. This is incredibly hard work.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I have been battling with a roach infestation problem in my kitchen since I moved in over a month ago. The property manager sent over two people to clean this problem, and neither one of them came close to being clean. Until Akira, and his wife came to my house and made it look… Read full review

Both women were fantastic the carpets look amazing I can now start getting the apartment ready to have guests as the clutter was a little overwhelming.

They outsource and only pay their maids half of what you pay. So, this company only schedules with those maids you can find on Nextdoor, charge you double what it should cost, and then only pays the one who does the work half of your money. I asked for a deep clean of my house and only got 1 maid for four hours. It… Read full review

The company was a pleasure to work with . They were friendly and detailed throughout the entire process . Even when one of their employees had to call off sick they found someone else to clean my home that same day since I had family arriving the following day . I have no complaints . Will probably use them again .… Read full review

I booked Kokoro through their website to have them do a one-time deep cleaning of my apartment and they did an INCREDIBLE job! I had unexpectedly been away from my apartment for 3 months due to a car accident when traveling for Thanksgiving. I still had a broken arm, and I was healing from several surgeries, so a… Read full review

The cleaning crew did an excellent job! They arrived on time and after doing the initial walk thru, they went to work right away. I had a post construction deep cleaning job. They left my house smelling fresh and looking clean. Would highly recommend!

The entire Kokoro team has been professional and thoughtful through the entire process from quotation, appointment booking, site arrival, high standard of the work performed, and follow up afterwards. 100% recommended.

Great service, booking was easy, the operator who set up my appointment was really helpful about finding services I wanted. She also explained pricing really well nothing hidden, she explained what each service would cost and made sure it was something I wanted or needed. Everything cleaned look brand new again.

This company did an amazing job with a rental property of ours which was left a disgusting disaster by the evicted tenants. 3 people about 8-hours, the made the house look fantastic. Highly recommended.

Bernice did a fantastic job my house has never been so clean. She worked from 9-4 straight she is amazing. Thank you Bernice

Great service and good people !!!! I highly recommend.

I had a good experience, the house looks really nice. However a lot of stuff was moved around and put into the garage, which I understand due to the size of the apartment that it was necessary. It just definitely leaves an inconvenience for us now. However the house is cleaner, a lot of work was done. My kids (the… Read full review

Akira and his teammate did a great job, definitely through and went into some crevices we haven’t gotten to in a while, we are thankful they were able to help us get ready for our guests coming in town and will certainly think of them the next time we need some extra love for the house. Thank you guys!

Akira and those at Kokoro did an excellent job. Their communication was very professional and timely. The clean was great with top-notch attention to detail. They were kind and friendly at each step of the process. The pricing was very competitive for such a professional service. 10/10

Compassionate, kind, above and beyond with customer service. These folks care about giving you exactly what you need. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend Kokoro cleaning enough. Akira (the owner) came and did the cleaning himself since it was our first time hiring the company (it will not be the last time!). He's extremely polite, kind, and friendly, and really takes pride in doing things right. I swear he's not paying me to say this lol. I've… Read full review

I used Kokoro Cleaning Services when I first moved into the place I bought. Kokoro were professional, on time and pay great attention to those places that we don't normally pay attention to like the outside of the windows, the inside of kitchen's cabinets and behind the cooker ranch. Not to mention the outside… Read full review
