We have really appreciated your guidance and expertise in the sale of our home (and the purchase of our new home, too). This entire process compares to being on Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride! I’m so relieved that it’s sooo close to being over.
It’s so hard to leave a home we’ve lived in for more than two decades. That house means a lot to me. It was the first home I bought as a single woman with two kids, on my own, with zero reliance on my ex-husband. I married Jim two years later and we made it our home, together. We really love, love, loved that home. I’m really going to miss my salt water hot tub, too.
Thank you for being patient with us and for explaining everything “gently”, without sugarcoating anything. Thank you for working with us on adding pictures and information we felt important in describing our home.
Your photographer did an amazing job. And the fact that he could make that big, ugly dumpster disappear from the driveway was impressive.

Jim and I really appreciate you taking care of some of the HOA charges. We were surprised and quite frankly, shocked, that all of the HOA fees were over $1,000, when we only pay $135(ish) in dues to the HOA for an entire year.

Kristy met my husband and I as we were interviewing agents to buy a home. She explained the home buying process as it was new to us, and what we could expect. There were definitely obstacles and some tough days along the way, especially those days you were sitting in a hotel room waiting for the next piece of news. 😅
It’s not often that we have to go through FOUR closings before finally get the keys to your new home! 🔑🏡 This one is definitely one for the books and a memory neither of us will forget.
