Kumar has been an excellent resource. Not only is the owner accommodating and responsive but the representative coming into the home are polite and courteous. I also enjoy seeing the same faces. Customer service is rare requirement nowadays but it is truly and art.
My service technician Shaah was extremely courteous, professional, and informative. My initial call was with Wayne and his customer service was superb. I look forward to a continued business relationship with these guys. Thank you Kuma Pest Control!!!
Shaah really helped me out. They are nice, honest about pricing, and best of all— got rid of my mosquitoes.

Just an overall Great company! Office is quick responding and courteous. Tech was respectful, thorough, timely, and asks if there are specific problems that need to be addressed; then addressed them. They do a Magnificent job each time they come. The service is always consistent.

Professional service. The technician took time to inspect the area and discuss any issues that needed to be addressed. He gave constructive suggestions for the tenant to use to minimize the propblems. GREAT SERVICE!!!

I personally strive for superior customer care and so does family-owned business, Kuma Pest Control. I have been a recurring customer for over one year. They treat the inside, garage and outside of my home. Shaah (technician) and Wayne (Owner) have outstanding prices for my services. They are trustworthy. Dependable. Communicative. Texts to let you know your service is due. Texts when they are on the way. Calls with an ETA. Owner is easy to reach. Wears shoe covers inside the home. Shaah provides excellent tips and guidance on how to mitigate pests from your home. The payment process is just as easy as everything else. Sympathetic to the homeowners needs. Wayne heard of a situation my family was in and reached out to extend his sympathy. We are not simply another customer, we are apart of the Kuma family and as a member, we feel valued and considered. If I were you, I would not hesitate to hire the black-owned Kuma Pest Control team.

I had a great experience with Kuma!!! When I called, I received an immediate answer from Wayne, who was so kind & welcoming. I wasn’t sure if they serviced the Atlanta area, but I had to ask & I’m glad I did. I told Wayne my concern & the issue with roaches & gnats. He sent images for comparison to see which ones I was dealing with & was very transparent with the pricing. I’ve had 2 visits thus far. My first visit, AJ came out. Really nice guy by the way. He asked questions about what we were experiencing, where it was taking place & explained in detail what the solution would do. I feel confident knowing the issue was being resolved & was satisfied with my experience! The 2nd time I reached out, it was because we had a bug in our closet 🫣 I reached back out to Wayne & he scheduled my service immediately. My 2nd service was definitely helpful & made a big difference. AJ came back out the 2nd time & made sure to check any other areas that needed spraying. Both appointments were roughly a week and a half apart, so it was no charge due to it being so soon shortly after. I have to say I’m very satisfied with this experience. This is a great company & they truly care about their craft as well as their delivery in customer service. Wayne & AJ, thank you so much for all of your help. It’s truly appreciated. If I could choose no stars I would , I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kuma Pest Control, particularly with the representative, Wayne. I initially booked the service because I had concerns about possible sightings of German roaches and water bugs. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that the technician would come out to assess the situation and that the assessment would be $249 if I chose to move forward. I had also scheduled an inspection with another pest control company so I could compare prices and services before deciding how to proceed. However, when the Kuma technician arrived, no assessment was performed. He came inside, sprayed, and left. He was at my home from approximately 10:05 AM to 10:12 AM—about seven minutes. He did not inspect the areas of concern, look for signs of an infestation, or provide any assessment or explanation of what he found. Because the technician sprayed during the visit, I no longer had the opportunity to make an informed comparison or decide whether to move forward with Kuma Pest Control before services were performed. Shortly afterward, I received a text message regarding payment of the $249 fee. When I questioned the charge because I did not feel the assessment had actually been performed, Wayne’s responses via phone were extremely rude and dismissive. I explained that I felt he was trying to chastise me for not researching the price beforehand. His comment that I could have put it in AI and researched how much they charge was unprofessional and unnecessary, especially since I understood that I would first receive an assessment before deciding whether to proceed. My concern is not simply the $249 charge; it is that I paid for an assessment I do not feel I received and lost the opportunity to compare prices and services with another company. Clear communication about what the $249 covered and what services would actually be performed would have prevented this situation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Kuma Pest Control. Customers deserve transparency, professionalism, and the opportunity to make informed decisions before being charged for services.
