I had a great experience with Kuma!!! When I called, I received an immediate answer from Wayne, who was so kind & welcoming. I wasn’t sure if they serviced the Atlanta area, but I had to ask & I’m glad I did. I told Wayne my concern & the issue with roaches & gnats. He sent images for comparison to see which ones I…
Awesome job!!!
If I could choose no stars I would , I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kuma Pest Control, particularly with the representative, Wayne. I initially booked the service because I had concerns about possible sightings of German roaches and water bugs. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that…

Shaah was my tech who serviced my appointment. Super detail‑oriented, very personable, and honestly pretty funny, which made the whole appointment feel easy. I’m thrilled that they’ll be the one handling my services from now on.
I’ve been using Kuma for a few years now. I contacted them after an initial issue I had with some hitchhikers that came into my home from cardboard boxes. Stephan was professional, thorough, and detailed. He did an excellent job.
Very professional, courteous and effective! Would definitely recommend!!! The Owner Wayne obviously invests time in training and grooming his staff to represent himself and the company as he would because I see the same quality service Wayne provides regardless of which technician attends to the service call! Praise God! ❤️🙏🏾🎶👍🏾🎶
Great company. You request the frequency that you want service and they text you to confirm a convenient time at each interval. Always very professional!
Quick scheduling and the visit was professional and thorough.
Had a palmetto bug and mosquito problem at my house. Stephan was super knowledgeable about both, educating me and my wife with interesting facts about both! He was in constant communication about what he was doing and why. Will continue to use Kuma!
Great service. I trust the fact that they are thorough and efficient.
This is the first time we have used Kuma and so far we have had rapid responses to our requests and the technician was sent out the very next day. More to come after we see how the treatment goes.
From appointment setting to the professional showing in on time, from starting of the service to the end and detailed explanation of the procedure, it was overall an extremely breezy project. They are very professional and easy to work with. Would highly recommend them for pest management issues.

I’ve been using Kuma for a little over a year now, and I can’t recommend them enough. Professional, punctual, and quick to respond. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy for my 8:30am appointment. However following a few calls I received a message and unfortunately/fortunately I had to wait until close to 2pm for someone to come. The service was quick and I’m looking forward to not seeing any more roaches.
Kuma pest control is always professional and always keeps the bugs away!!! 5 star service every time!

Ants had invaded my kitchen and I couldn’t get rid of them. Mr. Johnson was called to assist me with my problem and now I’m ant free. He was very professional, thorough in explaining in what he was using and what to expect. I highly recommend Mr Johnson to all family and friends.
