Our family had a wonderful experience with Kumon of Hudson. Both of my kids, Ellie and Charlie, really enjoyed the program and we saw noticeable improvement in their math skills, confidence, and independence with learning. Wei is incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. She takes the time to support each child and makes parents feel comfortable and informed. The environment is welcoming and structured, which helped my kids stay motivated and consistent. I highly recommend Kumon of Hudson to any family looking for extra academic support or enrichment!

Kumon of Hudson, Ohio, is truly outstanding! Mrs. Wei leads with an inspiring commitment to each child’s success, fostering a nurturing, supportive environment where students feel guided, valued, and confident in their progress. Her dedication to helping students reach their full potential shines through in every interaction. The entire team at Kumon Hudson is warm, caring, and goes above and beyond to make every student feel welcomed and motivated. My son began Kumon Reading at just 3 years old, initially facing challenges with vocabulary due to limited socialization during Covid. Thanks to his incredible tutor, Mrs. Elaine, who worked patiently and skillfully with him, he quickly began to thrive. Now at 6, he's excelling in 1st grade and is six months ahead in reading! His progress has been remarkable, and his confidence has blossomed. He absolutely loves going to Kumon, and we’re committed to keeping him in the program through high school because of the transformative benefits we’ve seen. If you're considering Kumon, I wholeheartedly recommend the Hudson location. This center and its exceptional team truly stand out and make a difference!

We love Kumon Hudson Center and all the staff members there. Both my daughter and son have been Kumon students for 7 years since 2017 when the Hudson center opened. They have completed Kumon Reading and are near the completion of Kumon Math. They both benefited significantly from the Kumon methodology, which not only provides detailed step-by-step instructions on problem solving but also fosters student’s self-learning ability, a life-long study skill that we appreciate a lot. My daughter scored 36 in her ACT test, thanks to her Kumon learning experience. The center owner Ms. Wei and other Kumon instructional assistants are high caliber educators, extremely knowledgeable and super caring. We particularly like the classroom setting: the students work on their individualized math or reading problems in a quiet environment, with direct instructions from Ms. Wei and other Kumon instructional assistants.

Looked at the reviews here before enrolling and thought to give it a go. 1st- I am not quite sure what the credentials are for the teachers. 2nd- there are many communication gaps. 3rd= for English/Reading, it's more helpful to have a fluent English language speaking (without any foreign accent) teacher rather than what you get at this facility. Especially for those kids that are struggling to begin with. 4th- it's very quiet in the room when you're attending the lesson so I'm not sure how much is actually explained vs. how much you have to go and figure out on your own. This was our first Kumon experience and we are not planning on going back to try again.

Highly recommend. We have been sending our son for a year and a half and have been thoroughly pleased with the teachers (who our son loves) and his progress. The curriculum has given him a jump start on math and reading, which complements his academics at school. The one-on-one allows him to go at his own pace and build a comprehensive understanding of the materials. Whether you’re trying to give your child a jump start, encourage the supplemental learning, or get them caught up, I have found this to be an effective and valuable option.
