You can really tell that she cares about her students and the experience we have. My private tutor, Aleksa, has also been amazing. He is extremely detail oriented and takes the time to explain everything. I really appreciate that he goes at a great pace and makes sure I understand each concept before moving on. He is patient, clear, and makes college algebra feel much less overwhelming. I’m very grateful to have found such a supportive tutoring team and would definitely recommend Sandra and Aleksa to anyone looking for tutoring!

I’m so glad I found Sandra and Two Steps Ahead Tutoring! My daughter Catherine, who will be entering 11th grade, was trying to complete a self-study Algebra 2 course online because we wanted her to learn the material ahead of time and then have more time to focus on SAT preparation. The online course was challenging for her, and I tried to help her myself, but I wasn’t successful in explaining the material in a way that really clicked for her. That’s when we found Sandra and Two Steps Ahead Tutoring. The tutor Sandra provided was wonderful. He explained the concepts clearly, was patient, and most importantly, really encouraged Catherine and helped build her confidence. Catherine started understanding the material much better and felt much more comfortable with Algebra 2. We are very happy with the experience and grateful to Sandra for connecting us with such a great tutor. We are also looking forward to continuing with Two Steps Ahead Tutoring for SAT preparation. I highly recommend them to any student who needs not only academic support, but also encouragement and confidence along the way!

Thank you so much Sandra!
My 11th grader needed help with trigonometry. The owner Sandra was very responsive and quick in getting us set up with in-person tutoring. Her pricing is affordable, fair, and about what I expected for math tutoring. She matched my son up with Stephanie, who not only knew the math and greatly helped my child, but she also was accommodating in scheduling with him, being flexible around spring break and other things that popped up. My son’s final grade was way better than I ever expected, going from an F to a high B. Thank you Sandra and Stephanie!
Sandra and her team have been a joy to work with. My child has enjoyed the fun lessons and games that her tutor has created for her. I also appreciate the open communication and flexibility. We plan to continue during the summer months and would highly recommend Two Steps Ahead Tutoring for their child.
We were really impressed with our math tutor for our 6th grader and happy we found Two Steps Ahead! Scheduling and communication were easy and flexible. Definitely recommend.
