Always fast and proficient
This is the only place where I will have my car serviced. I drive for Uber and put over 7000 miles a month on my car. So I have to have my oil changed about every three weeks. I go out of my way to be sure that my car is serviced here. They take great care of my car and go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. Very friendly and professional.

I had a great first experience with this Kwik Kar. The staff was knowledgeable in providing a service for my diesel Volkswagen and assisted me in showing how to monitor the oil level. Highly recommend! It went quickly and smoothly and everyone was very nice.

Two times in a row the employees changing my oil spilled it all over my engine block. The second time of the two I mentioned it to him and his reply was rude and I was asked to go to the lobby. Will not be using them again for any reason. Sad because I went there for a couple of years. All it takes is one person to give bad customer service.
