Didn’t put the pan back correctly or something because my oil has all leaked out so had to take it to my regular kwik kar by my house for them to fix it and top me off.
Super busy business for good reason. They were fast, friendly and answered all my questions. I wish I knew the two guys names they are true assets to this company.

Very professional and super informative and all in a timely manner, highly recommend.
Great Service! Tech explained everything. The lobby was nice and cool when it was 103 degrees. We will be back with our truck this week for the same services.
Awesome service
Came in asking for oil change.. dropped it off went to have breakfast and came back to nothing done because they needed my insurance. Left insurance and came back 40 minutes later with a state inspection done. Wow. Oil change took half my day off. I get it was a misunderstanding but still frustrating.
Quick and efficient and they don’t upsell you .They recommend exactly what you need . With the summer heat the waiting facility was cool with full blown AC.Great spot i will be back .
Great experience at my local Kwik Kar, fast and easy
Some of the best service I have received. Staff was the most knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy that I have encountered at any place when it came to getting an oil change and repair of my vehicle. I highly recommend LG! I will only be coming here in the future.

Outstanding service, as always!! Thanks, Ig!
Horrible. I called on advance with make/model and told $65. I checked on arrival, same answer. They rung it up as $110. I complained, they dropped to $80. I was told I had a $4 special filter, which gets to $68.99, so rounded up to $80. No detailed invoice to check. They also gave me option to replace air filter for…
I went in for an oil change and they were very honest and told me I wasn’t due. So they topped everything off and aired up my tires replace a dirty air filter. Something you don’t find everywhere a honest shop.

Pulled in during my commute home from work and they knocked the oil change out of the park in about 20 minutes... They even checked on a problem I was having. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for the next oil change.
My experience here was amazing! Kendrick is who helped me and he was awesome! They also were so fast I was in and out of there in…

Javier was very kind and nice. Hard working man
I was very impressed with how quickly one of the workers came out to see what service that I needed. I was treated with respect and kindness by the young man who performed my oil change. He did a good job explaining everything to me, I usually do not like to go get service done on my car. But I can't say enough…
I’ve been going to KK is The Colony for 23 years and I’m never disappointed. Throughout all the employee and managerial changes, the service is always quick, accurate and done with a smile. Highly recommend this location.
