Friendly staff and quick service!
Thank you JR for all your help today! Excellent customer service!
Outstanding service as always.
Everyone who works at this location are the nicest. I like how details are addressed. I like that they have a play area for kids.
Oil change was fast and easy! Thanks!
Great service. Juve did a great job kind person. I will recommend to come back !
Quick service and good prices.
Great service. I was greeted when I walked in, the young man explained everything well and gave me a “recommendations for mileage” checklist. Much appreciated because I never know. This is officially my new car care place!
Recently purchases another car and the staff there went over everything with me and let me know what my car may need. Awesome Knowledgeable and very respectful
They want to do what they say, not what you ask for
Always a great team fast.
Prompt, courteous and professional experience.
I love the place and the amazing customer service. There have been times when I had to leave my car and they even gave me a ride back to my home and came and picked me up when my car was ready! ❤️
These techs have a good flow, good at what they do and always polite and friendly.
VERY professional!! They have a proven process and it works so efficiently!! I travel a lot between waxahachie and Lubbock so I need my vehicle to be in tip top shape! I trust these guys whole heartedly! They are quick, efficient, and prices are very reasonable!!!
Great (quick) professional and courteous service. And their prices were reasonable. Thanks!
Quick service and great people!!
The inspection was faster than expected. Everyone there really seemed like they knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend. This is more impressive considering it was in the middle of the busy work week.
Amazing customer service with oil changes that allow me to be in and out during lunch time.
When there is a lapse in customer service, then you lose customer loyalty. 2.5 hr wait time when I was quoted less than 1.5. Showed up for an oil change and tire rotation. No communication, truck just sitting in the back, and lack of urgency. It’s unfortunate but this is the last time I’ll be coming here. The…
There was no line and they got my car done very quick.
I appreciate this location! Always an easy in and out. Literally takes less than a few minutes to drop off the car and the same for pick up. Thanks for making oil changes so easy!!
Great Service, Friendly People, always takes great care of customers
Didn’t put my stuff back in my glove box and didn’t raise my passenger seat up. Rule of thumb, put stuff back to how it was or leave it better than how you found it.
Charged almost $50 more than they originally quoted for a simple oil change
Super quick. Great customer service.
Super quick and professional service.
Fast professional service.
Great staff super courteous however I miss the good ol days when they would give you a courtesy windshield cleaning with each service on your vehicle
I just needed my oil changed and arrived Friday the 31st. I had already ordered new air and cabin filters that would be arriving Sunday the 2nd. Monday morning before work I opened the hood of my truck to change my air filter and noticed my oil cap sitting on the front top railing. I assume everything else was…
I had a great experience. Today I had my Yukon serviced and inspection. All was performed within 30 minutes!! I recommend you take your vehicles to Kwik Kar!!!! Kelly P
Great Group
It didn’t take too long after they got started
Very friendly, fast check in
Each person was very efficient and courteous.
Kwik Kar has great customer service, would love for the guys to wash their hands or use a rag to open and close the car door though. I have to wipe everything off, steering wheel included once I get home. But other than that I keep going back because they are pretty speedy and great customer service at the counter.
I LOVE KWIK CAR!!! Everytime i go they explain everything to me in detail without any passive aggressiveness or tone just because im a teenage girl. They help me with problems that have nothing to do with oil changes and always give me tips for next time! they never try to get me to buy something i don’t need and i…
Took my vehicle for an oil change, and they overcharged. I’m not happy and I don’t suggest going to this location
The staff is very knowledgeable and respectful. Kudos to the Waxahachie, Tx staff for always providing great service!
They did a wonderful job and were so nice, polite, and considerate.
The team is always friendly and efficient!! Ive had my car serviced there for oil changes, regular Maintenace and state inspection. They don’t push you on new cabin filters and other items each visit like some of their competitors.
Super friendly and fast. I got an inspection and an oil change. I have a large engine so I understand the upgraded cost in oil But I was not aware of a shop fee that was charged in an additional $15 oil filter fee anyway would’ve liked to know that upfront also when I go back to work an employee noticed an oil cap…
As always in out super fast. Talked with three differentt people in the Bay Area, all were super polite and quite helpful. I have been going here for 10 years and I will keep going back.
Always a great experience here!!
Very quick and super professional.
Josh was very professional and informative! I definitely recommend asking for him or Julie was also awesome!
I love the staff, great place to get your car serviced. But make sure you don’t make the mistake I just did! I wanted to come and get a cup of coffee and get my oil changed. NOPE THAT’S GONE! Get coffee before you come here. It used to be nice to sit outside with a cup while I waited.
Thank you the gentleman that did my oil change! Great customer service!!
Clean facility. Friendly, fast service.kept me updated on their work. Good job!
These guys are amazing. Only 2 of them there this evening and they were still getting everyone in and out pretty quickly. I highly recommend using them.
Enjoyed the fast and efficient service. Everyone was hustling and courteous.
Fast and efficient
Everyone was very attentive and friendly. They were very busy but I didn’t have to wait long. Thank you
Julie went above and beyond today. He knew I was using my lunchbreak to get my oil change done and made sure I was in and out. Thank you sir!!
Everything was perfect!!!!
Fast service, personable staff. Thanks!
Always friendly and professional love the fact that they let you know if they see something else that is wrong with your car
Fast reliable service with folks that I trust with my car.
This store has the best staff!!! Always so polite and professional, which is not a common experience anymore.
Great service. Team was short handed but still managed to get me in and out in a timely manner
The staff were informative and professional during my visit. I will definitely return for service on my vehicles.
The staff here is extremely friendly, and the woman at the front desk is beyond helpful. In my experience, customer service at oil change shops can often be lacking, but that was absolutely not the case here. Today’s visit truly made an impression and solidified me as a loyal customer. I highly recommend this location!
Best!
Great service. Quick oil change. Love the recommendations for service based on my milage to maintain my vehicle.
This place has always gotten me in and out pretty fast. No long drawn out BS speil, just a simple "are we just doing an oil change today" which I appreciate. The people there are friendly enough as well.
Always pleasant and never takes long at all. Good people
Great service!!!!
Always a great experience: quick, professional, helpful, knowledgeable. It’s nice they email coupons to use too.
Great quick service!! Always come back!
I had all kinds of codes popping for a my check engine light and they got them all taken care of in one day and for a great price! Thanks, Ray, for taking care of me!
Rob and coy were very great! I came with my son and they made sure the process for an oil change was smooth for me while I was dealing with an 11 month year old! Couldn’t ask for better services they are great!
Best in town! So professional and quick as can be.
I've frequent here often and happy to be a returning customer for my vehicle needs
They are always friends and quick.
Everyone was so friendly. Service was super quick!!!! I recommended to everyone
This is the best oil change spot in town. Everyone is professional and efficient. And no excessive upselling. If you’re there early, you are in and out in 25 min. Julie at the desk is so friendly and knowledgeable.
Great place to get the oil change done, and to get your vehicle inspected! They are prompt, polite & speedy. I will absolutely be back!
I have used them for oil changes & inspections. Excellent service - friendly, patient, and informative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Returned again 2/28/26 - hardest working team around!
Polite staff, quick and efficient
I got there today friday 02/27/2026 at 9:54am. I gothe to kwik kar just for a simple oil change i have been there before with other vehicles. I spent 1 whole hour waiting on my car for a KWIK KAR oil change the first 35mins. I was just sitting in the lobby waiting and my car was never touched till approximately…
I went in for a state inspection. I bring my business here because the service level is always A1. Thank you for treating me like a valued customer
Staff was polite but complete service is truly lacking. After initial review of car I was told my skid plate that protects the oil pan was held on by zip ties and it was a part they did not keep in stock. My choices now was 1)remove the plate do the oil change 2)go pick up some zip ties and come back for oil change…
Great service from start to finish. Thorough, not pushy. Did what I asked and made recommendations without the scare approach. Also good discounts.
Great , friendly service. They got me in and out quickly for sure. No pressure and good prices.
Very fast and professional service
The service team dud a great job. They were quick, efficient, and cordial. Thank you Kwik Kar, I'll be back!
Great service!!
My car takes special oil and not every shop has it available…but this one did! Not only did they give me the right oil for my car but they also were kind, helpful and QUICK!! I was running behind after going to another shop to find out they didn’t have what I needed and I only had 30-40 mins for an oils change…
In and out smoothly and quickly.
They continue to surprise me on the quality of their service and their attention to detail on my wife’s car. They changed out motor mounts and it runs smooth now. Everyone is so cordial and happy to help. I won’t go anywhere else!
I felt like I was unwanted there by the way I was treated when I pulled up. The gentleman came out shaking his head and was not at all friendly with his negative tone. He has done this every time I have been to this location. Might be time to find another place to get my oil changed.
The workers are all very nice and helpful. I have been using this store for a few years now and will continue to!
Fast service with no pushy sales tactics, and the front desk receptionist has an outstanding attitude.
Very quick and thorough with their service. I left very satisfied my car was in a better condition.
Always go here for services. Quick, efficient, and very polite techs. The waiting room is nice and clean. Enjoy their services

Great fast service, provide great advice on car care. They back the blue, I back them.
The man that came to advise me about my maintenance schedule was informative, professional and polite. Everyone here is always a pleasure to do business with. Thanks for showing up and getting the job done
Very quick, friendly service on a Thursday morning. Had an oil change and inspection done. Will return here!
The staff is very kind and super informative about each vehicle and what it needs.
I have been going here for 10 years. Service is always excellent. Thank y’all!
Fast knowledgeable and friendly service!
Dennis and the other team members are amazing at this location. He was super thorough and they went the extra mile to find a leak that’s started on my F150. Thank you! Your detailed work and consideration for my vehicle is why I will keep coming back to this location.
Service Technician explain my filters and made a recommendation and went over other service recommendations. Very professional.
Waxahachie location always great, Josh in particular
Great customer service, they address all my concerns very good
All I can say is visit the Red Oak location. I drove to the Waxahachie location for an oil change. At the end of my service, I was told they could not reset my dash to show that my oil had been changed because the mechanic wasn’t in and it could only be done with his tools. I was asked to visit again on Monday to…
Great Service, fast and friendly staff
Nice people, quick service, reasonable prices
I really like going to this Kwik Kar, they do really good work they get you in and get you out.
Great, polite, fast service. They told me the things that need attention on my car without being pushy or hard sell in any way. That was a nice surprise. Update: The people at Kwik Kar were nice and they were quick to change the oil. But I posted my first review too early. Two big issues 1. They didn’t attach the…
When I come to Kwik Kar Lube I am welcomed and the tech is always very helpful at interpreting my needs into action.
Julie is always so pleasant, very professional we never have any problems Techs are also very informative with any service we render
Initially went to the Ennis TX location, after arrival was redirected to Waxahachie as the Ennis location no longer services transmissions. Requested transmission flush and filter, after service was told they don’t replace the filter. Paid $199.00 for fluid/flush when Walmart offers the same for $59.00 plus…
I was charged 30 extra dollars for my oil change because they changed my filter without asking. I had just gotten my filter changed; there was NO reason for it to be replaced. Do not recommend unless you would like to get charged extra.
Quick, fast and very helpful!
Dennis was very helpful friendly and courteous.
Fast service
I really enjoyed my experience today. The techs informed me of scheduled maintenance but didn’t push anything on me. They did my oil change and inspection in a very reasonable amount of time .
No wait; very courteous and they honored my VA status. Will definitely be my go to for oil changes!!
Service was great and it was a great price too!

Ms. Julie & the team at Kwik Kar Waxahachie always do an amazing job at helping me find the best deals for my oil change and keeping my high-mileage Tahoe running great!
Dennis was great and quick with getting my oil changed! 100% recommend!
Got my oil changed super fast and actually put windshield wiper fluid in my car, noticeable because I had completely run out. Bonus for the cost not emptying my bank account!
very friendly staff! They really take great care of me!
Always fast and friendly service
Service price gone up, they cut out some of the addtl perks like vacuuming and such, probably be changing oil on my own

Great service! Always a quality, quick visit!
I have always been treated with efficiency and respect when taking our vehicles. They don’t try to sell services, just recommend what a specific vehicle needs. I feel confident a good job is done every time.
Josh answered my call in a happy and helpful manner, and made me feel comfortable after another place in town had turned me away. I was in and out in 20 minutes and even enjoyed a conversation while I waited. The customer service from Josh and his team was top notch. I’m impressed with how Kwik Kar in Waxahachie is…
I have been taking my family fleet of trucks and cars here for the past 5 years. The techs talk to me with respect and Julie at the front counter is always so friendly. I have two trucks with over 400K miles and I would never take them anywhere else!
Excellent customer service! Friendly technician greeted me immediately and took care of my vehicle while I waited in a very cool and comfortable seating area. Took my Ram Dually in back in October 2022 for a simple oil change. Paid over $160.O0 and took the truck home and parked it. Went to start it and it would not start. We had to push it out of the shop to pop the hood. Just to find the dip stick laying across the battery terminals. Had to pay to have it towed to the…

Fantastic service and great location
Quick and friendly!
I appreciate their service! Relatively quick once you’re in. Thank you guys!
Kind and funny staff who get your vehicle in and out Kwik. The manager Josh has always helped me in any mechanical questions I've had. Will never go anywhere else.
I’m a huge fan of this location. The staff is always very quick and friendly.
Went for a basic oil change and inspection. Was offered 84 dollar synthetic and 20 dollar inspection. $158 after a discount, I questioned the math. I was told it was $30 extra for 3 more quarts of oil. Please explain why I wasn’t told upfront. I’m done! Kwik kar will never see another dollar from me!!!!!!!!!!!!
A business that understands what customer service is. Highly recommend them.
Awesome job! Emily honored a $15 coupon off my full synthetic oil change and the service was professional, clean,, and fast! I will definitely continue using Kwik Kar for my oil changes! Thank you for vacuuming my car.
Everyone is always so friendly. I had a time when I was going to take a long road trip and they took the time to answer my concerns I had regarding the car and this upcoming trip. I have been coming back for a while now.
