Kwik Kar has great customer service, would love for the guys to wash their hands or use a rag to open and close the car door though. After initial review of car I was told my skid plate that protects the oil pan was held on by zip ties and it was a part they did not keep in stock. Initially went to the Ennis TX location, after arrival was redirected to Waxahachie as the Ennis location no longer services transmissions. I was charged 30 extra dollars for my oil change because they changed my filter without asking. I had just gotten my filter changed; there was NO reason for it to be replaced. Do not recommend unless you would like to get charged extra.
