I been dealing with Chris and L&B for a few years now. Chris and his team is FAMILY, they provide the absolute best repairs. The quality of work supersedes any dealer I ever dealt with. Chris (manager/owner) was a nice fellow and seemed to know what he was doing. A few years later this requires an update. He's the best mechanic I've come across in NYC in terms of price and honesty. I added an extra star 3 years after the initial contact with him.

It’s hard enough to find a good shop so when you find a great one, it’s like hitting the jackpot. Prices are fair, they’re responsive, workmanship is elite, and they go the extra mile. These guys fixed a dent in my bumper without me even asking! Name another shop that would do that for you. They’ll be getting all my business and referrals from now on.

Got different estimates from dealer, and other shops at a fortune. Chris let me know what the problem was, and told me that the cost could rise to that much but that he would try something first that would be a third of the price. It worked and my car is running fine now. I will use this shop again.

They focus on ripping you off that's about it, never keep their promises after waiting for hours they told me they don't do oil change and inspection! Better don't waste your time there!
