I can't recommend Margot enough!! I proposed to my fiancée on Catalina Island while finishing the Trans-Catalina Trail and Margot executed my request perfectly. Given the unique nature of my request (which required Margot to take a ferry ride, overnight camp, hike two miles, and sail back to Long Beach with us), I knew Margot was perfect for the job when I read her bio and reviewed her portfolio. Margot was enthusiastic about my idea and played such an important role in bringing my vision to life while making the experience more memorable and meaningful than I could've asked for! Beyond Margot's professionalism and dedication to executing my vision, her photography is exceptional. We received our portfolio shortly after our engagement and her photos allowed us to relive the experience all over again. Margot was our amazing photographer for outdoor wedding ceremony in August. Throughout the process, she was always so warm, friendly, and communicative. It was clear she also genuinely cared about getting to know my partner and I, and what we were looking for during our wedding shoot.
Most importantly, she made us feel so at ease and happy. Admittedly I am a bit shy and self-conscious, especially with posing for photos, but Margot's gentle, inclusive, and professional attitude made the whole experience so comfortable and even fun!
We received our photos only a short few weeks after our ceremony, and we were absolutely stunned! The photos are better than what we could have ever hoped for. Margot was able to capture all the special moments perfectly. Including what I imagine are some very difficult action shots, such as when an object was being thrown through the air. We were so impressed and loved everything that was done for us.

We hired La Petite Photo for our May wedding in Palm Springs, and we couldn’t be happier with the photos! Margot is not only incredibly talented, but also warm, organized, and such a joy to work with. We loved getting to know her throughout the process. Our package included both our wedding day coverage and an engagement shoot. For the engagement session she captured the most stunning images in Palos Verdes. Margot has an amazing eye and makes sure to capture a variety of backgrounds, poses, and candid moments in between, so every gallery has a diverse mix of photos.
On our wedding day, Margot was an absolute rockstar. She nailed every shot on the list we had planned together, even while working on a tight pre-ceremony timeline. She’s efficient, gives clear direction, and somehow manages to keep big groups organized while making everyone feel relaxed and natural in front of the camera. The result was photos full of genuine smiles and happiness. Throughout the ceremony and reception, she caught all the big moments we were hoping for, along with so many beautiful shots of our guests.

I’m so incredibly glad we chose Margot for our wedding photos! She was amazing—so calming, professional, and an absolute joy to work with.
