The doctor was straightforward, compassionate, and worked swiftly to relieve Dexter’s pain and make him comfortable. The most amazing staff! So kind and seem genuine about the care for dogs. Vet was super nice and informative. Techs were so great with our dog. Went the extra mile and beyond. Totally recommend this place. Not to even mention the hours! Amazing job! Our girl had an allergic reaction to her Vaccine. Scary situation and they helped her so much.

I would potentially give this 0/5 stars if I could.
The veterinary care and customer service is fine. The pricing for the initial visit was $220 which is understandable considering my dog had an eye problem and I brought him in later in the day. The medicine cleared up the issue and they asked to see him in a week. The veterinarian made a comment that the revisit was just to make sure he was on a healthy path and that there wouldn't be an extra cost. Great, makes sense to me.
I brought my dog in for the REQUESTED re-check and then charged me an extra $78 so the doctor could tell me his eye had cleared up. He literally looked at my dog and this place charged me nearly $80. Wasn't even the same doctor that saw him the first time.
I can appreciate paying for expertise. That's why I paid the initial $220. But to then charge me nearly 33% of the initial exam is outrageous.
I will be making sure to send people elsewhere. This place might feel nice up front but it's super exploitative of their clients and patients. Only decent thing is that they are open for emergency visits which I already know will cost an arm and a leg.
None of this cost was explained up front.
I'm a public school teacher and that $78 was basically a night of income from my second job that I do after my teaching hours.
Absolutely disgraceful to take advantage of caring people this way. At THE VERY LEAST list costs up front before you 'request' extra check ups.

I’m gonna start this off by saying i have never been to the vet before. EVER! I found this vet clinic on google and was really nervous. Brought my boy in to get a check up and make sure all is good as i’m not sure what the previous owner took him for and they were amazing! he is SO popular with the vet staff and he was so calm and loved it. He received his wellness exam, treats, pictures and lots of love! They are saved in my contacts and are now my go to vet clinic! Very well priced, very friendly, very clean. love love love it! We had such a great experience bringing in our German Shepherd who had never been seen there before. (Our regular vet was closed) But the lady kindly explained that there would be a wait but the doctor would work us in as soon as he could. The ladies and the doctor were phenomenal with her and took care of the situation at hand. Instructions for at home were explained thoroughly. The confidence, kindness, and care that the staff possess is exactly what makes this clinic top notch!! We will definitely be loyal customers in the future for all of Nia’s care and grooming! A++++++
