Very communicative, trustworthy, and helpful.

Can’t say enough about how positive this experience was - knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful people who obviously loved what they were doing. My vehicle problem was diagnosed & fixed within an hour of appointment arrival. They’ve definitely earned my continued business when needed.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this shop. They are attentive, honest, and do quality work. I recommend them to everyone.

They’re so nice and helpful. It’s actually a joy to go here with my vehicle. They answer my questions straight forward and are very clear with what my expectations should be. They clearly enjoy the work and will sometimes diagnose other issues for fun while they wait for me to pick up the truck.

Been going to Lake City for close to 18 years. They are honest and kind and try to work with you about necessary fixes not just what they think needs to be done. Car repairs are painful, but I know that my car is being taken care of.

Very friendly and courteous and they only fix what needs to be fixed but also tell me what’s coming up. I appreciate their straightforwardness and feel good about them being my mechanics.

Been going to LCAW for many years for a variety of problems with our cars. The service is great. In the last year we had a starter motor replaced and a air condenser replaced. Their charge on the AC was lower than a competitor because they were able to reuse an existing part not replace it. Would definitely recommend.

Always just the BEST service! Karl & crew are honest, friendly, and extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I would never go anywhere else.

I was able to stop by and get some work taken care of. Lake City Auto Works has always gone out of their way when I have some issue with one of my cars and if they can they will fix it on the spot. They are also very flexible with scheduling appointments.
