They’re so nice and helpful. It’s actually a joy to go here with my vehicle. They answer my questions straight forward and are very clear with what my expectations should be. They clearly enjoy the work and will sometimes diagnose other issues for fun while they wait for me to pick up the truck.

Been going to Lake City for close to 18 years. They are honest and kind and try to work with you about necessary fixes not just what they think needs to be done. Car repairs are painful, but I know that my car is being taken care of.

I was able to stop by and get some work taken care of. Lake City Auto Works has always gone out of their way when I have some issue with one of my cars and if they can they will fix it on the spot. They are also very flexible with scheduling appointments.
