Lake City Autoworks

Wonderful experience. Grateful for a kind and skilled team

Trust these guys to do the best for me, and they've never let me down. Always let me know what they're going to do before they do it and have my car back to me on time.

Just purchased 1936 Restromod Ford pickup that needed serious attention. The owner and mechanic gave my truck their full and careful attention. Autoworks will be our go to shop as long as we own the truck.

Seemed a little more expensive than my last auto repair facility, but I really liked the staff and mechanics, and for that I’m willing to pay a little more. I’ll be back!

I was looking for a local AAA recommended auto repair shop and found Lake City Autoworks. Quick, friendly service. I’ll definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Lake City Auto works. Happy with the service and price. Will definitely be back.

Been going to Lake City for close to 18 years. They are honest and kind and try to work with you about necessary fixes not just what they think needs to be done. Car repairs are painful, but I know that my car is being taken care of.

Lake City Autoworks is GREAT. Took my truck in to get new brakes, knew it would take a half day. Karl put 2 guys on it because he knew I had to wait (live too far away) to get it done quicker. So awesome. And then gave me a heads up on other things I might need to get done on the truck in the next year based on… Read full review

I don’t take my car to the shop nearly as much as I should but when I do I come here. Very honest people, they have a payment plan option if you need assistance and are always helpful and wonderful at communicating. Guaranteed to get quick and good service that will last.

Great service, timing and pricing. Always honest & friendly.

Friendly and efficient service.

I've only had good experiences at Lake City Autoworks. They are honest and do not pressure you to get additional work. On one of our previous cars they actually called to suggest not doing the work we asked for because of other issues found. This visit they confirmed only one set of brakes needed to be replaced and… Read full review

Always trust you guys Job well done

I was able to stop by and get some work taken care of. Lake City Auto Works has always gone out of their way when I have some issue with one of my cars and if they can they will fix it on the spot. They are also very flexible with scheduling appointments.

Great Work, Greta Price, Great Service

Karl is amazing and his crew is excellent. Karl is honest to a fault, fair in all things, creative with solutions, and nice to boot. When several places (including dealers) said our engine needed to be replaced, Karl had an idea for how to resuscitate the engine (cheaply) and it worked! He fits us into his busy… Read full review

Lake City Autoworks repaired both of my cars on time and with dependable quality work. They definitely will be the “primary care provider” for my cars in the future.

This is my first Google review (and I doubt I'll write many more), but I want to let everybody know that I think Karl and his team are excellent. I first landed at Lake City Autoworks a few years ago because of a bad experience at another shop - one that I had been to several times. Karl took care of what needed to… Read full review

My family has used Lake City Autoworks since the early 90s, and Karl and the team have always treated us very well. We trust them to do quality work without charging for unnecessary procedures.

I have been coming to Lake City for 3.5 years and have been extremely satisfied with the people, the work, and the pricing. Driving an old car can be a little nerve wracking so I visit Lake City annually for them to check that everything is working correctly. They always do a very thorough diagnosis, explain the… Read full review
