Dr. Jennifer Rubio has been providing medicine management for two of my kids for over 3 years now. I am very grateful for the care she takes to include them in the process while simultaneously helping me in navigating their needs. I've been seeing Dr. Jennifer Rubio for almost 3 years and have had a great experience with her. I don't live nearby so we talk on video call, but she is awesome communicator and feels like I'm right there in the room talking with her. She really listens and works hard to take time to consider my specific needs and side-affect reactions to specially tailor my care to be customized to me, with different medicines and slow increases of dose. She makes me feel comfortable with bringing up any issues or asking for help or to try a different medicine, and is super friendly and easy to talk with while being professional and practical. She's gone out of her way to help me out with pharmacy issues several times due to issues on their end, not hers, and she got everything worked out. I think she's very caring and knowledgeable, and one of the best healthcare professionals I've worked with and plan to continue. I would really recommend her.
