I had a water line burst on a Sunday morning and LaLonde was notified at 10:30 AM, showed up by 12:30 and had repaired everything by 2:00 PM at a very reasonable price for a Sunday emergency call. Very grateful for response time, professionalism of staff and price. Strongly recommend!
Derrick was a joy. He is so efficient and professional. He provided his quotes and allowed me to choose what I wanted with no pressure. He performed the work so fast and took me around to the different sites he worked on and provided me insight into what was going on and how it now is fixed. He was absolutely wonderful.
