Customers frequently cite professional communication, punctuality, and detailed proposals as key positives, noting that the company handles tree pruning, garden installation, and maintenance with care. The high rating reflects satisfaction with the quality of work and the responsiveness of the staff. However, a recurring criticism involves planting errors, specifically trees installed too deep, where the company allegedly refused to correct the issue, leading to dissatisfaction with the service resolution.

Love the Lambert courtyard and studio and the wonderful colleagues that I collaborate with on projects.
They planted Dogwood trees for me too deep by their own admission. they refused to fix it. My experience with them was perfectly horrible. I used them because my Uncle had used them years ago. I wasted a lot of money for nothing with them. All the way around it was a terrible experience.
This company has been around a long time. I should know, because I’m from the Dallas area. They are impeccable and so are their employees. I see the driving around all the time in their nice looking yellow work trucks.
