the service was excellent. On time, instruction was clear, service providers were kind and patient and instructive. Thank you!
Lancelot Security, did an amazing job from their survey to the install and support. Even the little things of taking their shoes off when they entered the house and cleaning up after themselves. My wife was really impressed with them.
Vitaly is awesome. We have had the Lancelot team install cameras at 2 locations and have had the best experiences with the team. Ihor and his field crew are so polite and professional, they even painted my CAT6 cable to match the house when they couldn't get the cable all the way to the location but close. Super…
If only all of our contractors were this efficient in communication, quoting and overall product knowledge. It’s an incredible team to work with from top to bottom.
Just a flat out excellent team of people. Vitaly is awesome to work with. He spent well over an hour with us on our first meet up to explain how to best approach our system. The team is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this service.
Lancelot Security AV Automation is a company I would highly recommend. From the very beginning, Calen the Sales Representative was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He made the entire process clear and straightforward, which I really appreciated. Once we decided to move forward, the company…
Professional, knowledgeable. I found them when I asked a friend who he used. His system was amazing. For me, they installed an integrated security system/video surveillance. Super happy with the results.
Did a great job. Very responsive to emails and questions. Went over everything and did a great job with the installation.
Vitali and his crew were professional, Knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner. They were able to troubleshoot any issues that came up in my older home, and have been great with any follow up questions.
LANCELOT kept it well professional. They are honest, reliable and operate with such integrity. Everything and anything I had requested was performed with no hesitation. I was missing an extra WiFi piece however, they went out their way to purchase the piece and was able to find it cheaper than online. Going the…

Very knowledgeable and professional. Demonstrated that the best interest of the customer is the driving motivation behind their business model.
Very professional crew and easy to communicate with. We had a large warehouse that required over 20 security camera installations, they completed the job in 1 day. Highly recommended.
Lancelot is hands down one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with! They recently installed a camera system in our farmhouse, which is anything but a standard home. With our high-pitched ceilings and unique design, I honestly wasn’t sure if it could even be done cleanly. But their team absolutely blew me away.…
We selected Lancelot for our home security installation and cannot be happier with the professionalism, the quality of the work, the skill of the technicians and all the fantastic communication throughout the process. We highly recommend you consider Lancelot for your needs. We got quotes from other companies that…
