The installer, Dennis, understood my very specific requirements for cable routing paths and for equipment placement/alignment. He was focused, detail-oriented, and conscientious about getting everything installed cleanly. Vitaly, the owner and system designer, is knowledgeable, customer-focused, and flexible. He's built Lancelot into a successful business and a great team. Will gladly work with Lancelot again. Strong recommendation, 10/10!
