They took great care of my car and were very clear about the repair. I am so thankful and will definitely return if I have a future issue!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with this shop and the wonderful couple who took care of me and my Mazda Miata.
I dropped my car off on August 8th after it needed a new front bumper. At one point, my insurance company told me the bumper was backordered and that I could possibly be waiting until January to get my car repaired. They also told me I needed to pick my car up from the shop because they would no longer cover the cost of leaving it there.
But this shop went above and beyond for me.
Instead of simply accepting what the insurance company was saying, they continued working and fighting on my behalf to get the bumper much sooner. They reassured me not to worry about picking up the car and told me they would take care of everything. Sure enough, they were able to get the bumper in September instead of me having to wait until January!
I finally picked up my Miata on September 14th, and seeing my car finished was such a huge relief. After more than a month of waiting and dealing with the insurance situation, I was just happy to have my car back and looking great.
What stood out to me the most, though, was how they treated me throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was just another customer. They genuinely made me feel like family. The communication, the reassurance, the effort they put in behind the scenes, and especially the positive energy they gave me meant more than they probably realize.
It’s rare to find people who truly care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile when things become difficult. They earned my trust, and because of the way they handled everything, I will absolutely continue bringing my vehicles here in the future.
Thank you both for fighting for me, taking care of my Miata, and turning what started as a stressful situation into such a positive experience. You have a customer for life! 🙏🏽❤️

The estimate is more than fair… literally HALF OF AN ESTIMATE at another independently-owned shop. I SAVED $2000 by choosing Lanier. The repair LOOKS 100% PERFECT. Next, that other shop said they would have to keep my car for eight days. I dropped it off at Lanier on a Sunday night and had it back Tuesday at 10 AM. So a huge financial savings, great job, and SUPERFAST TURN AROUND? It doesn’t get any better than that unless you add in the lovely friendly people. SO ALL IN ALL MY RATING IS PERFECT EXPERIENCE.

Excellent experience! You will definitely be treated fairly at Lanier Auto Body, and the work is top notch.
