We have had no pests other than lawn ants and bees in six years due to their monthly service, and the ants and bees were quickly eradicated over two years ago. Their termite prevention service evaluation and installation by Craig and Josh was very professional and quick without effecting our property in any way.
Service masn is complete and friendly calling to let me know when he will be here service.
Dominic, our tech, has been a pleasure to work with. He constantly sends us reminders and status updates for our monthly service. He is respectful and always asks if there are any issues in or around our home that need attention. On the other hand, admin/front office could use a little work on communication about my account. But Dominic is great!

Nicholas was great as usual! He is always courteous to us and willing to answer any questions we have. He does an excellent job spraying all around the house and asks if we want the garage interior sprayed, also. He always calls ahead of time to let us know he will be arriving soon. Nicholas services our home 6 times a year.
