There were a good number of donations-in-kind, and though I have done my own taxes for some 12 years, I needed to lean on the pros. Living some 30 miles from the office, I was able to use electronic methods to supply initial data, and add to it during the process, as well as view the completed returns and e-sign to file. Well done all involved! And my thanks.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality service at reasonable prices.
Our services are in high demand and unfortunately we are unable to take on an unlimited amount of new clients while still providing excellent service to our current clients. The process for vetting new clients is important to us to make sure our firm is the right fit.
We are proud of our service record, retention rates, and the processes that have gotten us where we are.
Receiving negative reviews happens in the world of social media, even when unwarranted, and is a part of doing business. What we won't stand for is taking on clients that are not a fit for our firm and our philosophy.

Very nice people, but taxes showed I owed several thousand dollars, which I subsequently paid to the IRS. After asking for some details, I was told it was because I made more money than the previous year. The next day I was told they made an error in filing my taxes, and i’m actually owed a refund of several thousand dollars. Mistakes happen, but sure made me lose confidence in the company. I hope they would have still caught the error if I didn’t ask for clarification. The IRS apparently takes 16 weeks or more to process amendments. I now anxiously await my refund in addition to the thousands I paid in error due to the incorrectly filed return

We searched our database and have no record of Frank Joseph. Our philosophy is and always has been to provide accurate work at a fair price, while providing excellent customer service. Unfortunately, mistakes do happen and we always own up to that and do what it takes to make it right. We are sorry you feel this way.
