Roger came out to do some troubleshooting. He was on time, very respectful of the home and refreshingly honest and upfront about our A/C system setup. I wasn't badgered into any big purchases and I really appreciate that.

Excellent service. I booked a next day am appt online and my tech showed up right on time. I received text updates before my appt. Jonathan was our service tech. Very nice and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and got my air working again.

Lasting Legacy was amazing! Quick response. My service rep Jesse was absolutely amazing, super friendly. He explained what he was doing and what was the problem with my air conditioner. He fixed the problem and my air conditioner is running like a champ. I actually bought a service contract from him with no pressure what so ever.
