Roger was our technician. Nice guy, friendly and respectful. Explained what he was going to do and went over what he did. Professional. 100% recommend getting the yearly service. Peace of mind knowing everything is working well and if something is found wrong it will be repaired.

This company is great. They did an install of a tankless water heater and whole house filtration and softener system. They were very communicative through the whole process, even through permitting. I definitely felt cared for and will plan to use them for maintenance and other projects. I have used them for almost a year now for maintenance on my HVAC as well. Roger did a great job, solving my problems and keeping me well informed along the way. He was very knowledgeable and even brainstormed a few scenarios to help me plan better in the future.
6 months later still very happy with their service. Juan came out to replace a valve and my main line regulator. He was very helpful and kind to explain everything and this solved a water pressure problem I was having.

Andrew was amazing so I started a monthly service contract. That's when things got very dicey. The plumber came out and gave me outrageous charges for many repairs, but didn't notice the sink leaking in the kitchen. Another AC guy came out the next year and told me I had rats in my attic, which was not true. He told me they would clean my attic and put in new insulation for $2400. It cost me $120 to find out from somebody else that the picture legacy gave me of my attic wasn't even my attic. After the last two people came out, I canceled my service and would never recommend them again. I think Andrew is the only honest hard-working tech they have.
