Customers frequently cite rapid response times, professional conduct, and clear communication as key positives, noting that technicians often arrive promptly for urgent repairs like water heater installations and drain clearing. Reviews highlight transparent pricing and the thoroughness of the work, with many customers expressing intent to use the service again. However, one low-star review criticizes the company for high costs on a minor gas pipe repair, specifically disputing the fee associated with obtaining a permit.

Jeremy came out to flush out our hot water. Heater. They were right on time. Went though the heater and clean out and around heater, made sure the earthquake bands were tight. Then checked all the faucets and shower heads were all flushed before he left. To make sure there was no air in the lines, I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody.

Called at 8 at night for a plugged septic line. Toilets will not flush bathtubs filling up through the drains. Red Rocket was here by 9 and had the line cleared in 20 minutes. Would have been a very unhappy household if everyone had to put off showers to start the day.
Red Rocket was great on the phone and in person. They will be the ones I turn to in the future and the ones I will recommend any chance I get.
