Rafael was able to clear the blockage that no other plumber had been able to - while being professional and maintaining a positive vibe. A+
Really great customer service. Highly recommend. Juan is a great technician and really helpful to resolve any concerns.
Juan Munoz was here on time, with perfect courtesy: feet covered inside, detailed explanations while walking me through the what, how, and why of each action step he took on behalf of the plumbing requests. I thought the seven year old’s slime-making clogging the drain, alongside hamster cage cleanouts backing up…
Juan came out and did an incredible job of servicing our house.
The plumber was nice, professional, and efficient.
We had a drain blockage that was causing water to rise in our bathtubs. We called for service, and Juan Munoz arrived at our home within the hour. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the situation and our options. We decided to proceed with the hydro jetting, and now our lines are…

Juan M. and David were professional, personable and thorough in their explanations and assessments and presented me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. They handled the repairs quickly and cleanly. Very satisfied!
Juan from Redlands came out to clear our drain and reset our toilet. He was super polite and kind from start to finish and arrived early in the timeframe they gave me. He explained things and worked efficiently and check all his work after. We have used lasting legacy before and I am happy with them. I will be asking for Juan for any future house calls.
Both plumbers were very professional and knowledgeable about the problems they were having as they worked hard
The technicians were on time, they did a great job identifying the problem and getting the drain open. They followed up with me a week later and cleaned the sludge and build up from the pipes and everything is working great. I would definitely recommend lasting legacy plumbing.
Kitchen sink plugged. He repaired without problem. Excellent service.
Our service technician Juan was very helpful and honest. He identified the issue pretty quickly and was able to clean out the drain very quickly and was very knowledgeable. Overall, it was a great experience and my husband and I are very happy and glad we used Lasting Legacy.
Juan was very clean and professional. He put shoe covers on no problem (we are no shoe household) I deeply appreciate his patience with me in allowing me to decide which drain I wanted cleaned. I was convinced it was the main but like he said it was the tub. He talked me through the process and didn’t rush me into a…
Quoted price of $99 to snake the kitchen sink drain line but ended up costing me $276. There was a blockage 12 ft down the line that I couldn't clear. After a plumbing team member made 2 to 3 attempts to get the snake to the blockage a second team member got the snake to the blockage and pushed the snake past the…
