This company is great. They did an install of a tankless water heater and whole house filtration and softener system. They were very communicative through the whole process, even through permitting. I definitely felt cared for and will plan to use them for maintenance and other projects. I have used them for almost…
Jesse Baguyo came to my house on time he was extremely professional and he explained everything he was doing to flush my tank less water heater. Next year I will request Jesse to service it again. Thanks again
They said someone will be here form 8-10 then called and said there is an emergency so someone will be there at 11 am Of course no one shows up at 11 , so I called them back and they said 12 noon , and of course no one show up noon so I made another appointment next day 8 am and guess what , no one show up 😂 what a…
David and Juan are the best. I have had some really bad plumbers in my life and these two gentlemen weren’t that. I am very particular about details and making sure the install looks good and these guys nailed it. Simple as that. They also were very quick.
Juan came out to my home in Fontana and corrected the error code on my tankless water heater and explained to me exactly what was the problem ; great service from Juan once again
Immediate response, expert work, went above and beyond to get the job done professionally and in a timely manner. Really appreciate Juan for getting us back in business on our water heater repair.
We had our water heater replaced today (went tankless). Carson and Cesar competed our service, and impressed us from the start. Up front with communication, updates through the date, and kind! We have a newborn at home, as does Cesar, so it was nice to also connect personally with them. Thank you both for a great…
Scott was very helpful and explained things in terms I could understand. He explained the process and showed the breakdown of the expenses. Scott was very friendly and made an extra effort to get to know me.
Junior and Rafael were great. I had to replace my old water heater and decided to go with a tankless replacement. They thoroughly explained all options between tankless and standard heaters, including pricing, efficiency etc., and had good answers to all my questions. Installers will be out in a day. I appreciate their service and friendly approach.
Professional and courteous.
I’ve used this company before and was very satisfied with their service. Using them again to replace my water heater.
Jesse was very personable, new exactly what he was doing. When a question ( or 2) He explained what he was doing. A very nice man
I have been a customer for just over two years and in that time, Priscilla Real has been on the other end of the phone with a kind word and positive outlook.
