Great, knowledgeable team to help anyway they can! Hector came for the annual furnace check up. Did all the tests to make sure everything was working properly and even talked me through some things to look for early signs of something was wrong. Which I really appreciate and think is interesting to know. Thank you!
The ac technician was very efficient, friendly and did not try to sell me anything. I will use LCS again.

After getting several quotes around downtown Indy area for a full furnace and AC replacement, I ended up landing on LCS for a number of reasons. Everybody was a pleasure to work with from the top down - especially appreciate O’Neil who originally came out, and then Mariano and Felipe from the install crew. Pricing…

Great job as always. Such nice employees. So glad we found your company!
Thorough service. All issues explained in detail. Friendly, courteous and skilled staff.
I’m a customer with a service contract with these guys - they frequently call and reschedule, slow to answer after hours calls (through a service) and don’t have parts (eg filters) when they do show up to service equipment THEY INSTALLED!!! What am I missing. Useless.
My first routine maintenance from this team, Sam was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Pleasure to do business with this team
Everything was great. We bought another year. They are very professional. The service was excellent. I highly recommend them.
Jose provided the LCS 7 STAR service today! I have been fighting humidity in the house and he listened to my concerns. As a first time homeowner, I am so grateful for Nikita’s kindness, patience and expertise. She went above and beyond to help me understand my heating and air conditioning system. “Highly recommended!”
From proposal to installation, LCS provided a high level of service, timeliness and disclosure and at a fair price. I used them for service on my old HVAC system and when I moved, they followed me across town to continue our relationship at our new home. So, when I was ready to replace the existing system, my…
TJ was very good. Prompt and polite. She knew what she was doing. I had concerns about insulation that our handy man wrapped around a pipe to furnace. She quickly recognized it wasn’t code and ask me if it was ok to remove.
11/24 -Furnace. Once again, Nakita came for our furnace tune-up. She is always upbeat and friendly. She got straight to it and everything checked out fine. LCS installed an energy efficient HVAC system in March 2023. When I had an issue with the AC, they sent Nikita out to service my system. Excellent service and knowledge of HVAC!
We had LCS Heating and Cooling come out to fix some major issues with our HVAC system, and they ended up doing a pretty significant amount of rework to get everything right. The original installation had the unit set up in a way that made it nearly impossible to service, so their team actually flipped the system and…
Excellent people and company! Their technicians are knowledge, their pricing fair, and their customer service top-notch!
Technician was out for routine furnace maintenance. As is always the case with LCS employees, he was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and explained what he was doing. I always learn something new about our system from them. Prices and different plans were also explained so we could make the best…
They were helpful and compassionate. Despite some issue due to a break during inspection, they worked hard in fixing the problem and also helped with a problem unrelated to their service. I would recommend.
Extremely informative and friendly!
As many people probably experience in the winter, our electric bill at our home was over double what it typically is. My thought process was “ehh it’s winter, it will do back down.” My fiancé however thinks very differently than I do. She checked our thermostat and found that our emergency/auxiliary heat was…
LCS has always done good work for us and have beaten competitors on work we’ve done with them. Sam spent extra time with us outside typical maintenance protocol to help us with checking for growth or moisture concerns as we have recently dealt with a leaking shower that created mold spores. Update: Had a bathroom…
I’ve been using LCS for many years. I’ve come to know many of the people who work on the equipment. Great people. If you haven’t used LCS before you must give them a try.
I couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received over the years from LCS. Everyone is always prompt, polite and very efficient. Very happy to be a customer of theirs!
The service tech, Sam, was fantastic. He explained everything that he was looking to check on the furnace and took the time to make sure that I understood his findings at the end. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous during the visit. After several bad HVAC experiences, it was encouraging to have a positive one with the LCS team.

I’m hoping to request her every time!
We've used LCS for years for our HVAC service. Always get a text when they're coming, with a picture of the technician. We recently needed to replace our furnace, so we did a new AC unit too (was the same age). The staff explained all our options very carefully and even helped with the financing! It was an…
Always friendly, considerate, on time service technicians. I mean, ON TIME! The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this company.

I've had LCS maintain my heating and cooling equipment since I've lived in my current house (14 years!). They've always done a great job, been timely, reasonable, and recommend only needed changes/repairs. I really appreciate knowing things are done right every time.
LCS is probably the best HVAC company in Indianapolis. I have found that they are responsive to my needs and keep me posted on their arrival time. Their technicians are knowledgeable and explain what is going on with my system in a way that I can understand. Excellent service!
This is my first time using LCS. My technician, Nikita Jenkins, was extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. She’s pretty much diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes and then confirmed with her diagnostic equipment. I signed up for the maintenance plan and I’m looking forward to great, friendly, and professional service for years to come.

Nikita was very good at what she does. Found the problem and fixed it. Very professional and Very informative on what the problem was and on the work she was doing. Very pleased Thank you Nikita and LCS for your services.
Sam was outstanding. Between the level of professionalism, detailed insights, recommendations, and focus on balancing cost to return on investment, he was the epitome of service excellence. If the balance of their organization is even 1/2 as professional as Sam, I’ve found the HVAC team I’ll be turning to for years…

Nikita did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixed it when the part came in and did our maintenance check up,thanks for the great job and getting our heat back on
We have used other companies in the past that have sold us things we didn't need. LCS is very honest and they do a great Job of explaining any problems as well as the work required to fix it, without talking over your head.
Update: Today’s technician went far above and beyond. His name is Sam Pohl. I’d give him 6 stars if I could. The reason? I have a dual system. The upstairs unit has never adequately kept the area sufficiently cool. Basically when outside is sunny and 85 or more, the unit runs constantly and the air temperature…
Sam is amazing very respectful and informative.
Great experience with TJ today as always for furnace check!

Update: we called LCS for another tune up this year and she did an amazing job. TJ was very thorough with her work. I also liked that she introduced their subscription but was not pushy about it, and offered a very thorough explanation of what was checked and what work was performed. Thanks for coming and hope to see you for AC tune up!
We had a heating emergency over the weekend and LCS showed up quickly to help us. Nikita was terrific and knowledgeable and very nice. I continue to be impressed by LCS!

Technician did a great job on time Explained everything thoroughly very happy with my experience would highly recommend this company
Very satisfied with this company, all communication with this company has been nothing but professional and pleasant. The only thing I would recommend is if they could lower the annual maintenance program it seems to be a little bit higher than other service providers, even with that being said I’m very satisfied and would recommend to family and friends.
Heater was resetting. Nikita came by and did a tune up and it's been great ever since. She did an amazing job explaining everything she was doing and recommendations for avoiding problems in the future. Will absolutely use LCS again.

We have had such a wonderful experience with LCS! We purchased our unit last year and just had our first service done. We've been nothing but thrilled by the customer service and equipment. Today our technician Hector was incredibly knowledgeable and so very kind! Great start to our day 🙌🏽
Sam did an incredible job! His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile while cleaning the blower motor made a huge difference. LCS tech was on time, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable.
Once again LCS came through, this time with a furnace tune up in preparation for the winter heating season. Previously they did a great job on AC tune up with Andrew! This time Nikita and Hector did a fantastic job with the furnace tune up and explaining everything in layman’s terms so I could understand what was…
Andrew Came on time and got the job done very professional
Sam and Hector came out to do our annual Fall Furnace tune up. They were extremely professional and educational for how our current system is running. 10/5 stars. Would highly recommend
There are not enough positive words to describe my experience with LCS. They are compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Their communication is top notch. The previous homeowners had a service plan with them that we ended up continuing. When our heat pump randomly went out on a pretty new unit, they…
My neighbor recommended LCS to us, and we are glad we followed their recommendation. Quick, friendly, and honest service. Fair pricing!
Very satisfied with their professional work.

Called LCS HVAC for a long over due check up and tune up. Work was completed satisfactory and on time, giving me much needed peace of mind. Thanks LCS!!
Andrew was very timely, efficient, professional.
LCS have always provided great service with trusted technicians.
LCS always has the best people servicing my furnace. They never pressure me to buy anything that isn't necessary for my system. They send a pic of who is coming so you know and their people are dressed in LCS attire as well. I've recommended them to anyone who has mentioned needing any type of HVAC work.
Another wonderful service visit with LCS heating and cooling. The owner treats their technicians well and they are always professional and knowledgeable. Heather always attends to the phone line and promptly schedules you. Sam, the HVAC technician is smart, knows his stuff and quick to diagnose and complete the job.…
My experience with LCS was fantastic. They were punctual, professional and knowledgeable, not to mention reasonable.
LCS heating and cooling is great. They replaced hvac for a decent price, and have been maintaining it since. I keep my home very cool during the summer, and low bills speak to their cleaning and maintenance. Also replaced my water heater, always have some suggestions to make my systems more efficient and last…
NO BS! Didn't just try to tell me that I needed a new unit like every other company was suggesting before they even showed up at my place. LCS and their technician Jerome were excellent and honest.
Another great experience with you all! Heather helped me reschedule my appointment and was polite and helpful! Sam Pohl was awesome! He was polite, informative, professional and did excellent work. Thank you for your help. Also, I always appreciate that your office called to give updates in service call timing…
Sam did a nice job. Found some issues that could be a problem down the road
Exceptional service by tech Jerome Smith!
I had my yearly maintenance scheduled today and my technician Sam was fabulous. He ensured my unit is still operating as it should, cleaned out all the bugs and spider webs, and he even polished / waxed the outdoor unit! He was very respectful of my home and very courteous. Thanks Sam !
Love LCS! We've got an ANCIENT furnace, which other companies have come over, seen it, and immediately go into sales mode to get us to buy a new one. But LCS truly has the customer's best interest at heart - their tech was super honest, said that if it's still working, then there's not really a good reason to spend…
Awesome job and great staff at LCS Heating and Cooling!!
LCS heating and cooling installed a complete system at my home which has been a true pleasure to use. The system is so quiet I don’t even know it’s on. They also have extremely courteous and friendly people for installation and maintenance. I cannot recommend them more highly. I’m now adding an updated post. My…
LCS replaced my HVAC and do regular maintenance. The pricing was competitive and their work was stellar. Would absolutely hire again!
I went with LCS Heating and Cooling and I couldn’t be happier. They sent someone the day after I called (they offered to send the emergency technician immediately but I didn’t want to make someone come out on Memorial Day), Travis was able to identify the issue and fix it immediately for way less cost than I…
Great service. Have been a customer for years and always extremely impressed and pleased.
always a good job, explain things well. Timely.
Fast service. They could not make the initial appointment time work, so they sent someone sooner to help fit my schedule.
Wonderful service. We appreciate the work and delightful technician Nikita. Have used LCS Heating and Cooling for our maintenance on our AC and Furnace for several years now.
Absolute professionals in every way.
Jason is great, always friendly and very thorough. Today he had another tech with him (presumably for training) and the guys were nice enough to bring our trash cans up to the top of the driveway after they arrived! Highly highly recommend.
As always, LCS went above and beyond during our winter system tuneup. Nikita Jenkins was our service tech, and I can’t sing her praises enough. All the techs that have been to my home have been fantastic, but Nakita raised the bar even higher. She took extra time to educate us on our heating system, even showing us…
Not all super heroes wear capes! Today Heather and Jason were rock stars! My house was reaching igloo Temps and staying in bed under my blanket all daybwas not an option. Heather was wonderful with a quick returned call, scheduling a same day appointment, and even calling to move it up when an earlier slot was…
They have been fair and helpful from the beginning. Extremely trustworthy. You get quality people, quality service, and my furnace and AC couldn’t be better 🙂
Updating Jan 2025: The entire recommendation below still stands. I genuinely wish I had an LCS for every type of service my home uses. Original: Incredible service! I've used LCS for years (through two houses) and there is no one else I trust more to service my a/c and furnace. The front office staff is responsive,…
Jason the technician is always cordial, tidy and informative. The company practices Covid safety. I trust their skills and abilities.
From my first call to schedule an appointment to the service tech’s (Jason Smith) visit, LCS Heating and Cooling provided me with the confidence and peace of mind I’m looking for as a homeowner when partnering with an HVAC service company. They are professional and personable, timely and courteous in their…
Always kind and respectful.
Our furnace died and we needed a new one. LCS helped us in the past with other work and did a great job. We went back to them and could not be happier. Super friendly and helpful and great attention to detail. Highly recommended using them. We just used them again and did another great job! Brandon and his crew…
They've always been professional, same tech for years! Good work at a fair value!!! Nikita was, again, professional and friendly!
Great response time. Would have given them 5 stars but they never followed up a quote to fix what is causing issues with our system.
I’ve been using LCS for a few years now. They consistently provide honest excellent service that you can trust. Heather in the office is excellent and Mark is an amazing technician.
Great service as always, friendly helpful techs as well.
All is well, Mark provides excellent service
A couple of years ago, our furnace decided to fail on the Friday before Christmas, with sub-zero temperatures. I called several HVAC companies, but many only had an answering service, voicemail, or were vague about their arrival time. LCS provided the best response, so I chose them. Shortly after, I received a text…
Love this company! We have trusted them for many years and they never disappoint with there knowledge and professionalism.
Excellent customer support! Technicians are very friendly and professional . Mark H and Mike were awesome! They went above and beyond.
The technician was professional, prompt, answered all my questions, and provided quality service
Jason and Gary were awesome! Efficient and knowledgeable
Love the mini bio before the techs come out!! Nikita Jenkins was so personable and knew what she was doing! She explained things well and did an excellent job. I just cannot recommend this company enough! They were great!
It was time for my fall/winter maintenance....I received reminders on my appointment and a picture of my technician. He did a great job explaining everything that was checked out during his service visit. Hopefully, I won't be seeing him again until my Spring maintenance visit!!...at which time I'll be renewing my LCS maintenance plan. Great job!!
LCS did a great job servicing my furnace. Jerome, my technician, isolated an issue with the vent pipe and was able to correct it the same day. It was obvious that he knew exactly what he was doing. Skilled for sure!!
Always a pleasure to work with and very professional. Have been using them since 2018 and still happy with their work. Thanks LCS!
Nakita Jenkins did an excellent job in explaining my options. I didn't feel pressured to choose quickly and she was very knowledgeable when asked questions.
Great service, on time; keeps work place clean…….thanks so much for your help
Would recommend to anyone. Have used for multiple years and always consistent service.
I’ve been using LCS for a couple of years now after some poor experiences with prior companies. The first time they came out they fixed an issue with a new HVAC system that I had installed by a prior company who screwed up the installation. Based on their professionalism and knowledge, I decided to keep using them…
I have used LCS for over 15 years and they have always been top notch.
LCS is amazing. All the staff are amazing and we always have a great experience.
They did an excellent job. Quick, efficient and explained everything about the work that was completed.
LCS has been wonderful to work with, and I'm so glad we switched to them. Incredibly friendly, and do a great and thorough job.
LCS texted me to let me know Travis was on his way. He arrived on time, did a great job and was very thorough. The whole team at LCS is the best. Thanks again, Tony M.
I have had LCS as my A/C professionals for over a year now. Everyone I have had dealings with from LCS has been professional, courteous, informative, and a pleasure to deal with. Buying a new A/C system is not a cheap process, but LCS was encouraging and helpful during the entire process. If you are in the market…
LCS is always fast and professional! I’ve been using their service for years and am always happy.
Just had one of our semi-annual checkups. Nikita was fantastic, explaining why we need to keep vents open and giving us options for keeping the upstairs cooler during summer. We love ACS. Every single one of their people has been outstanding. We've used them for many years.
What a wonderful experience! I was given an hour time frame to be available and Travis showed up early. Travis Ross was knowledgeable, thorough and explained what was needed. From the first phone call from the office, to the text letting me know that Travis was on the way, to the work completed, I was…
Nikita provided a through investigation and explanation of my issue. Provided great value as well!
Travis Ross did an excellent job explaining the specific quirks of our furnace, and gave us insightful advice for how to continue to best maintain it. He answered all questions thoroughly and was a pleasure to work with. Excellent quality service from LCS, as always!
Everyone I've dealt with has been pleasant and professional. Very good service.
Emergency HVAC diagnosis and help needed during a heat wave. Nikita came during after hours for a service call and arrived within the hour. She helped us find a cheap solution during the diagnosis and ensured all units worked properly. She educated us on what needed to be done to fully optimize our current HVAC…
Great service. Technician arrived on time, completed his task. I would highly recommend LCS for anything relating to HVAC.
I have used LCS for several years now and recommend them to EVERYONE. Today, Nikita came to my home for a maintenance check before I sell the house. She was friendly, professional, and thorough. Great experience today! Nikita found the fix quickly and was very helpful! She had a lot of great advice for maintaining our HVAC! The whole company was fast and responsive!
The technician was knowledgeable and did a good job of doing the annual maintenance on our air conditioning system.
Great and Timely work!
Had routine maintenance done on the system. Although the technician was nice just did not feel as if I received 5 star service. I know my system is old was told the unit outside was low on coolant and it would be expensive to get more. Was never given a price to see if that was how I wanted to proceed. Was told…
LCS is the best. All of their service technicians are first rate and pleasant. Very quick to respond to any issue and handle in a professional manner; would highly recommend
Technician serviced the unit and noted concerns about condenser fan motor and surge protection. Also advised moving maintenance to July, after cottonwood seeds are over.
LCS Heating and Cooling is the best company for HVAC if you ask me. They let you know exactly who is coming to your house with a pic and some info about the person. Jerome is awesome and I always feel comfortable with whomever they send to do the work.
Nikita Jenkins came out to do our HVAC system maintenance and she was fantastic! She was running slightly late, which was not a problem, but she gave us a call to let us know. That sounds like a small thing, but it rarely happens w/most service providers anymore and is much appreciated. Also, our thermostat was a…
We have been using LCS for years to maintain our HVAC system and are always impressed with their level of service and knowledge. Recently, Ryan performed our spring AC tune up and went above and beyond by alerting us to a gas leak at our meter. He did great work!
Technician Ryan C. was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He did a complete test and inspection of our AC and also identified a gas leak at our utility meter that I was able to get the gas company to come out and fix right away. Very friendly and reasonably priced service!
The technician was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I have no complaints about him but I was under the impression when I bought the system with a 6 year warranty that when it stops working it would be fixed for free. But this is not true, it is two years old and still cost 175 dollars for them to come clean…
LCS installed our furnace and a/c in the summer of 2021 and their technician, Jason S, recently completed our systems yearly maintenance. Jason was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He found some static in our system and made some adjustments that should resolve the issue and lower our energy bill.…
LCS is professional and a pleasure to deal with. A new system was priced well, and the detail at installation was top notch. We just had a 1 year service and the technician was knowledgeable, thorough, and very polite. We Continue to use LCS for routine maintenance on a system they installed a few years ago. I…
LCS is so easy to work with. Their technicians are timely and knowledgeable and their office staff is always on it. I’ve never gone more than an hour without a response. We have had all our services and a new HVAC installed and been so happy with their work!
LCS is amazing. They are always on time and honest about what does and doesn’t need to be done.
LCS has been the most responsible and responsive HVAC company we have had. They thoroughly research any questions we have and are always on time.
Thanks to Nikita Jenkins for her visit to check out my furnace. She was very professional and explained everything she did.
All staff members I have interacted with have been very kind and professional, and taken time to explain everything in terms I can understand, which is always appreciated!
Nikita was very helpful!
Great company to deal with. I really like the way they send a description of who is coming and a picture of them. They are very professional and communicate with you through the entire appointment. I will always use this company while in their service area.
Great Team! Always knowledgeable and honest!
Customer Service and Experience were outstanding. Ask the millennial population the most important aspect in a business, and that will be the answer. This company will thrive for a long time because this is held to a very high standard with them. Outstanding experience with them so far. Noticed my furnace wasnt…
Jason was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough and very professional
Nikita was great. She fixed the problem quickly and was very knowledgeable.
The technicians patiently answered all of my questions. They were very efficient in diagnosing and resolving my issue.
Outstanding work.
Jerome was on time and professional. He explained what he did, let me know that everything looked good, and said what he would keep an eye on in the future. Reasonable price, too.
Have used this company for many years. They have earned my business each and every time. They have never given me a reason to look else ware, or for another company. They are reliable and dependable.
I had an incredible experience with LCS. From the first phone call through to my appointment, all points of contact have been insightful, respectful and thorough. Our service technician, Travis, spent the afternoon with us yesterday reviewing our system top-to-bottom and was extremely educational and truly went…
LCS has been incredible since day 1, before we even closed on our home. They have always had someone out to take care of us the same day that we call in. Their technicians, front of office, and everyone we have been in contact with are intelligent, kind, and the most helpful. We are loyal to LCS and recommend them to anyone!
So far so good.
Replaced capacitor and cleaned blower fan. Jerome was friendly and helpful.
All services were completed in a timely manner. The technician was friendly and informative.
Great company to do business with. I’m a repeat customer and each time the tech has been professional and respectful of my home and property. Techs have been friendly and knowledgeable. Very glad to have an HVAC company I trust.
Very professional, on time, and answered all my questions!
Have used LCS for many years and they have always been very professional. Their employees are very respectful and know what they are doing. And the yearly contract is a fair price. They come out when you need them.
Amazing job excellent communication first class workmanship from install to maintenance
I love the LCS team! From the office staff to the techs, all are kind, professional and knowledgeable. I tend to forget when I need to schedule my maintenance but I never have to worry with LCS as they contact me via text, email & phone to remind me when it is due. I love that they send the picture and…
They have reminders that keep the maintenance schedule easy.
The LCS Team is fabulous to work with. In this case, I had seen them about a month before with an AC issue with a 16-year-old AC/HVAC unit. So when I started having issues again and reached out, while the news was 'time for a new unit', Travis gave me a credit toward this since I'd seen them so recently. On the day…
I had an issue with a leak in the ceiling. We called a plumber who came and did not do the job. It was found that probably a condensate line from the HVAC was the problem. I called LCS and they took the time to call the plumber and get the plumbers assessment. Despite the clog being in a plumbing line in the wall…
Tyler showed up promptly, did a thorough job and explained what he was doing.
Gave me a fair and accurate estimate. Very prompt.
Always on time, friendly, efficient & fair A company I gladly recommend to friends.
Second time using this company and I will definitely use them as my go to. Customer service is phenomenal, from scheduling to service and after. My technician was Nikita and she definitely knows her stuff. Proud that this company also employs women. Very respectful, safe conscious, and professional. LCS is…
We have been using LCS for the past 5-6 years and have no reason to look any further. They are friendly, professional, responsive, ethical and fair. Everyone is top notch from the owners, management, customer service, and technicians! We have had the craziest needs and LCS promptly responds and takes care of us…
Cori was fantastic...she showed up on time, was very friendly and personable, worked very efficiently and provided great feedback on our system...we will continue to do work with LCS!
Such a great experience with LCS! I received a "heads up" email to let me know my technician was on the way, including a picture and bio for him! Great customer service and an overall great experience. I would highly recommend LCS Heating & Cooling!
Jason did an excellent job. He was kind, courteous, thorough and professional. He made sure to explain everything he did and educated me on the importance of proper maintenance. Thank you!
Jason is a professional he removed havc covers. Used the latest technology to assure all components of the furnace were in proper working order. He was on time. Courteous and in proper attire.
They were on time, quickly assessed the situation, discovered that the part required was still under manufacturer's warranty, and they did a great job. I will definitely be calling them again when the time comes.
We first used LCS about 6 years ago when replacing our HVAC system in our new home. I was immediately impressed by their knowledge and HONESTY when it came to picking the right system. Since then we've used them for regular tune-ups, and they are consistently professional, helpful, and just GOOD. I trust them…
