Great, knowledgeable team to help anyway they can! Hector came for the annual furnace check up. Did all the tests to make sure everything was working properly and even talked me through some things to look for early signs of something was wrong. Which I really appreciate and think is interesting to know. Thank you!

The 20 year old water heater failed and LCS replaced it and the bad gate valves with better ball valves.
