Great, knowledgeable team to help anyway they can! Hector came for the annual furnace check up. Did all the tests to make sure everything was working properly and even talked me through some things to look for early signs of something was wrong. I’m a customer with a service contract with these guys - they frequently call and reschedule, slow to answer after hours calls (through a service) and don’t have parts (eg filters) when they do show up to service equipment THEY INSTALLED!!! What am I missing. Useless.
