We had a great experience with LCS. From scheduling the first service visit to the salesperson arriving and being very helpfull and understanding. Both installers Mariono & Felipe arrived when expected and were very professional and did a great job with the installation. Highly recommend.
Great company! We had some kinks to work out between our old house and new system. This is a company that cares!
Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, installation crew.
Amazing customer service. Prompt arrival and kept everything clean. Quick to replace an entire AC/Heat system in less than 24 hours. Very knowledgeable with most parts on truck it seemed.
Top quality work and great system options. They removed our 20+ year old geothermal heat pump and installed a new high efficiency, cold weather heat pump. Sales rep and installers were all amazing!
O’neil with LCS was great in explaining, presenting options, and helping us make the best decision for our home. The LCS installers couldn’t have been better and seemed to take real pride in the quality of the install…and yes, they were also more than happy to answer even more questions. Thanks LCS
Installation went smoothly, and my new system is up and running. LCS technicians are alway the kindest and most personable people.
After getting several quotes around downtown Indy area for a full furnace and AC replacement, I ended up landing on LCS for a number of reasons. Everybody was a pleasure to work with from the top down - especially appreciate O’Neil who originally came out, and then Mariano and Felipe from the install crew. Pricing…
Great service technicians from LCS!
Great experience! Travis and the guys were awesome.
We love our new system. It is so quiet and keeps the whole house at a constant temperature. No more flipping back and forth from a/c to heat - thermostat knows how to keep it consistent. Expert installation and professionalism through the whole process beginning with my initial phone call.
Great communication, response and installation! Highly recommend!!
Always on time and gets the the job done well
I just had a really great experience with LCS Heating & Cooling. They replaced my older heat pump system. From O’Neil who gave me their estimate to Mike and Jair who did the installation, it could not have gone any better. Thank you, Mike, for all your tips about my new system.😊 I so appreciated their fast…
From proposal to installation, LCS provided a high level of service, timeliness and disclosure and at a fair price. I used them for service on my old HVAC system and when I moved, they followed me across town to continue our relationship at our new home. So, when I was ready to replace the existing system, my…
Jose was the main technician on our recent HVAC system. He was prompt, courteous, and super helpful when it came time to explain everything to us.
Mariano and Felipe did a great job installing our system, and helped explain everything at the end. Highly recommend this company!
Very professional and caring
Jose did the installation and was great. Very knowledgeable. Got the job done on schedule. Very good job of explaining the new system.
Polite, professional, knowledgeable — what else can you ask for? Great experience every time!
These guys are really good! I’ve used them on multiple projects and they are always super professional, clean installs, and get the job done quick.
LCS had a tough job ahead of them. Our old system was poorly thought out and installed in 2019 by previous home owners and essentially acted as an oversized radiator immediately around the unit while leaving much of the house without true AC air. I’m talking supply and return registers moving 20-150 ft/min, and a…
Jose was wonderful. He was very professional. He answered all my questions completely. Highly recommend this company And kudos to Jose for a job well done
We love LCS. We found them when we moved into our first home and needed a new furnace installed 3 years ago and they have been nothing but fantastic since. They are never late, always communicate well, and are nothing but pleasant. 100% recommend working with LCS and we plan to be long term customers
The worst snow of the last few years was made worse when our furnace decided to call it quits. Luckily, LCS responded quickly. Michael and Jair did an absolutely fantastic job getting our new system installed in a timely fashion. They were professional and their work was excellent. It also should be noted that they…
During July heat wave my a/c went out and LCS was able to schedule a new install within a week. During install they also gave me a good reason to replace my old electric water heater with a new tankless gas water heater. So far after 4 month of use we have seen a lower energy bill and much better in home…
Just had TJ out to make sure we’re ready for the winter. Been using LCS for five years now and I’m very happy with the techs that take care of me and the friendly phone staff there.
We have had such a wonderful experience with LCS! We purchased our unit last year and just had our first service done. We've been nothing but thrilled by the customer service and equipment. Today our technician Hector was incredibly knowledgeable and so very kind! Great start to our day 🙌🏽
My goodness, what an amazing team of people at LCS! Having to replace a furnace is always a big deal for most people and you never know who to trust or what to believe when it comes to pricing and sales of HVAC items. I had been with a big box competitor and quickly found out just how badly I was taken advantage…
LCS is the best HVAC company we have worked with in 30 years! Previous problems were solved, new Daikin units are incredibly quiet, efficient. It is nice to have the new inverter technology and no unit on a cement slab. The installers were friendly and professional, answered all our questions, were diligent and…
Great to have ave a company that is responsive, personal and appears to really care. They printed options clearly and put in a great system the next day! The warranty is outstanding. We would recommend them to anyone.
Purchased HVAC system 11 years ago. We have two tune-ups every year. No issues in that time. Very nice and knowledgeable technicians and customer service.
LCS heating and cooling installed a complete system at my home which has been a true pleasure to use. The system is so quiet I don’t even know it’s on. They also have extremely courteous and friendly people for installation and maintenance. I cannot recommend them more highly. I’m now adding an updated post. My…

T’Shayla did a great job with maintenance LCS has installed 2 systems for me and I’m happy with their work and I’m a picky old man
Like always I received excellent service from LCS. This time i replaced my furnace and AC and Jose Cabrera did a great job (above & beyond). He protected my floors and clean up everything. Kept me informed of everything that was happening at all time.
Brandon came to the house yesterday and installed a new heat pump system. He was very professional and did a great job. Day 2 and the system is working great!
Our furnace died and we needed a new one. LCS helped us in the past with other work and did a great job. We went back to them and could not be happier. Super friendly and helpful and great attention to detail. Highly recommended using them. We just used them again and did another great job! Brandon and his crew…
I’ve been using LCS for a few years now. They consistently provide honest excellent service that you can trust. Heather in the office is excellent and Mark is an amazing technician.
Great service as always, friendly helpful techs as well.
Excellent customer support! Technicians are very friendly and professional . Mark H and Mike were awesome! They went above and beyond.
UPDATED 11/27/23: LCS, in particular, Nikita and Gary, are great ro work with. Recently installed furnace and AC have had some issues. LCS has been very responsive and Nikita knows what she's doing! Thank you! My 24 year-old AC went out, so I decided to get both the furnace and AC replaced. I chose LCS because…
Recently I decided to replace my 21-year-old HVAC system. Currently my HVAC system consisted of two AC units and two furnaces to heat and cool the basement, 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors, just over 5400 sq ft. My plan was to get 3 estimates from reputable companies I felt would stand behind their products and offer extended…
I have used LCS for over 15 years and they have always been top notch.
Fantastic professionalism, courtesy and pricing! Great to work with. Highly recommend
We recently had LCS replace our furnace, air conditioner, and water heater and install a split mini in our porch. Jim worked with us and getting what we thought was a reasonable price for the extensive job.The techs were here for 3 days and they did an awesome job. They were professional, courteous, hard working,…
Jose and Jair did a wonderful job installing our new HVAC system. They were courteous and explained the new system very well. They took their time to make sure the job was done right. We have used LCS for several years and have always found them to provide a great service at a reasonable price.
LCS installed our furnace and a/c in the summer of 2021 and their technician, Jason S, recently completed our systems yearly maintenance. Jason was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He found some static in our system and made some adjustments that should resolve the issue and lower our energy bill.…
Jose and Jair showed up on time and got the job done quickly. Jose spent time explaining how all the new equipment works and walking me through the new thermostat and app. They were extremely friendly and professional. Great experience from beginning to end!
We have used LCS Heating and AC for almost twelve years. They have been excellent. Recently, Travis, Samantha, Gretchen, Jose and Jair replaced our existing 17 year old heat pump dual system. The technicians/installers Jose and Jair were timely, thorough, and performed the installation fast and with little…
LCS is so easy to work with. Their technicians are timely and knowledgeable and their office staff is always on it. I’ve never gone more than an hour without a response. We have had all our services and a new HVAC installed and been so happy with their work!
One of the best contractors we have EVER worked with. Travis and his wife run a top notch business. He came out to look at our project and give us a quote. He was not pushy, very professional and helped us pick the best option for our project and budget. We had them remove an existing furnace in our upstairs so we…
LCS has been the most responsible and responsive HVAC company we have had. They thoroughly research any questions we have and are always on time.
I purchased a Daikin Fit HVAC system November 2022. From the quote through the installation, everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and helpful. Installers Jose Cabrera and Jair Jimenez were extremely hard-working and efficient and were helpful and knowledgeable with all our questions.
I work in property management and have had LCS handle several jobs for me in that capacity, but most recently I had them install a new AC and furnace at my personal home. Everyone throughout the process was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The LCS team was very good about answering the various questions…
LCS is hands down one of the most professional companies I have had the pleasure to work with. The sales person was the most thorough of the 5 companies I contacted for a quote, the installation team was on time, professional, and courteous. Hopefully I will not need to replace my AC/heater for many, many years, but…
LCS was recommended by my son. We needed some work done on our old furnace and the technician came on Super Bowl Sunday, and was very nice to help get our old furnace running. Our old furnace was very old and had many issues, and it was determined it needed replacing. LCS came out and did a complete survey of what…
LCS Heating and Cooling staff are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and contractual. Consistently great experiences over the years we've been customers. Highly recommended!
LCS has done several jobs for me including maintenance and installations. I have interacted with technicians, office staff and sales. It is comforting to have a company with such competent workers who are dedicated to meet their customers' needs and satisfaction. To use the comment of another reviewer: Without…
My experience with LCS was flawless! I highly recommend them. (And I am very picky!)
Very happy with our choice. Extremely professional. The new HVAC is very quiet.
We have had dust and heating and air conditioning issues since we bought our house in the fall of 2018. After having LCS install a mini-split system on our 3 season porch, we had them focus on our main house. The old unit was loud and on it last leg, we had dust all over the house, 10° hotter upstairs in the winter…
Absolutely the best. I've had LCS handle my HVAC needs for the past many years, and I'm always impressed with them. Today, in particular! Christmas morning, we awoke to a chilly house and an uncooperative furnace. Christmas morning, of all times! Called LCS, and they had a tech at my house in less than an hour.…
Excellent service. LCS was very knowledgeable, timely and professional. They also provide quality equipment/service at a reasonable price.
I have been doing business with LCS for a decade now. Throughout that time,I have unerringly been given trustworthy advice, superior service and have never dealt with an unpleasant person. I have used other HVAC companies, and none can hold a candle to LCS.
We have had great service with LCS! Today with Cori was no different. She was thorough in her review and very polite. I appreciate that LCS has a female technician. Scheduling this appointment was easy and they were able to get us on the schedule quickly. We will continue using them for our heating and cooling needs.
Every single person I dealt with at LCS was very polite & professional, & the communication couldn't have been better. I was always aware of where everything stood & knew exactly what to expect at every turn. We were looking for a reputable local company & after getting 4 quotes for an entire new system, we chose…
