TJ was very good. Prompt and polite. She knew what she was doing. I had concerns about insulation that our handy man wrapped around a pipe to furnace. She quickly recognized it wasn’t code and ask me if it was ok to remove.

We called with no heat late on a Sunday. They called us and walked through some quick fixes to see if it was something we could do on our own. They then had someone out at 8am on Monday.
