I had a company come and find some holes/cracks in my heat exchanger with a quote of $7k to replace. I called LCS for another opinion/estimate & Jerome spent so much extra time tracking down the manufacturer & finding out that the heat exchanger would be covered under warranty. I'm talking 3-4 different phone calls.…
Always a great experience! The staff is friendly when scheduling appointments, technicians are clearly experienced and very friendly, and prices are fare! Overall we always feel better after the services they provide!
After getting several quotes around downtown Indy area for a full furnace and AC replacement, I ended up landing on LCS for a number of reasons. Everybody was a pleasure to work with from the top down - especially appreciate O’Neil who originally came out, and then Mariano and Felipe from the install crew. Pricing…
Thorough service. All issues explained in detail. Friendly, courteous and skilled staff.
Always happy with this business. Jose explained things well. Even had time to talk sports!
From proposal to installation, LCS provided a high level of service, timeliness and disclosure and at a fair price. I used them for service on my old HVAC system and when I moved, they followed me across town to continue our relationship at our new home. So, when I was ready to replace the existing system, my…
TJ was very good. Prompt and polite. She knew what she was doing. I had concerns about insulation that our handy man wrapped around a pipe to furnace. She quickly recognized it wasn’t code and ask me if it was ok to remove.
Kelly was very professional and courteous technician. Felt very comfortable that the work was done correctly. Kelly explained what was done and things I should watch for in the future. Job well done!
Great service and very punctual. Explained what he did and any suggestions on what can improve our service and equipment.
New a/c unit. Travis worked bery hard on such a hot day!
LOVE LCS! An incredible company who provides an exceptional customer experience! Professional technicians who are timely and take pride in their work! TJ showed up on time, was thorough, professional & genuinely kind! Thank you for continuing to provide exceptional service!
LCS had a tough job ahead of them. Our old system was poorly thought out and installed in 2019 by previous home owners and essentially acted as an oversized radiator immediately around the unit while leaving much of the house without true AC air. I’m talking supply and return registers moving 20-150 ft/min, and a…
We called with no heat late on a Sunday. They called us and walked through some quick fixes to see if it was something we could do on our own. They then had someone out at 8am on Monday. Nikita fixed our issues quickly and loved our dogs! We then had T’Shayla out the next week to look through and do a full tune up. Both women were awesome.
Mark from LCS was very nice and quick with my tune up. Didn't try to sell me up on anything I didnt need, only recommendations with quotes for consideration, and very knowledgeable. All the technicians ive had from LCS have been like this and its such a good experience all around.
Sam from LCS came out, and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the main issue with my system. He walked me through everything, and got right into resolving the issue. Had an noticeable difference in my system immediately. Sam is a great, professional, and thorough guy. LCS is my new go to heating and cooling company.…
Our tech that came out, Hector Castillo, was fantastic! Extremely accommodating and explained everything to us before, during, and after the maintenance visit. Highly recommend!
T’Shayla was great! Very honest and knowledgeable.
I love working with LCS. I had an issue and they came out quickly to diagnose the problem and get heat working again. Nikita even took some extra time to explain everything she was doing and help me to adjust some of the settings on my ecobee thermostat. I very much appreciate the thoroughness and extra time that…
I received training from the LCS owners Renee and Travis. They provided exceptional instruction, and real-world stories that directly apply to running a better business, especially when it comes to furnace repair and heating system replacement. They took time to answer questions and share insights. I left feeling…
Very knowledgeable, explained each step along the way. My tech Nikita was great with a friendly personality.
Sam was great
Sam was awesome and very thorough! I appreciate his attention to detail and keeping me informed of everything along the way.
Sam was knowledgeable helpful and very informative. It's a pleasure to do business with this company.
Just had TJ out to make sure we’re ready for the winter. Been using LCS for five years now and I’m very happy with the techs that take care of me and the friendly phone staff there.
Sam did an incredible job! His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile while cleaning the blower motor made a huge difference. This also made the house smell so much better (no more of that furnace smell that I got used to). Sam was extremely professional and took the time to answer all of my…
I’ve been a longtime customer of LCS and am always so pleased with the customer service and skilled technicians. Grateful to continue working with them to keep my brand new LCS-installed HVAC system in top shape. Thanks, all!
I've used LCS for my HVAC service for the past 4+ years and they always go above and beyond my expectations! This was an out-of the-ordinary visit as I am in the process of selling my home and needed their expertise to handle some home inspection items. Sam Pohl is my go-to tech and he handled not only the furnace…
Once again LCS came through, this time with a furnace tune up in preparation for the winter heating season. Previously they did a great job on AC tune up with Andrew! This time Nikita and Hector did a fantastic job with the furnace tune up and explaining everything in layman’s terms so I could understand what was…
AC unit went out on a 83 degree plus day. LCS was out in the morning with standby units and repairs to be done within 48 hours on complete replacement unit! Great response and professional service!
Technician, Jerome, was professional, helpful, reliable, and friendly.
We were behind on maintenance so Sam did both today and found some minor issues that needed addressed. He fixed everything and did a great job! Highly recommend Sam and LCS.
LCS heating and cooling is great. They replaced hvac for a decent price, and have been maintaining it since. I keep my home very cool during the summer, and low bills speak to their cleaning and maintenance. Also replaced my water heater, always have some suggestions to make my systems more efficient and last…
I had my yearly maintenance scheduled today and my technician Sam was fabulous. He ensured my unit is still operating as it should, cleaned out all the bugs and spider webs, and he even polished / waxed the outdoor unit! He was very respectful of my home and very courteous. Thanks Sam !
Fantastic team… Very professional, but very personable… Took great care of my home… And the products and service were a great value overall… Would always recommend this team
Not all super heroes wear capes! Today Heather and Jason were rock stars! My house was reaching igloo Temps and staying in bed under my blanket all daybwas not an option. Heather was wonderful with a quick returned call, scheduling a same day appointment, and even calling to move it up when an earlier slot was…
They have been fair and helpful from the beginning. Extremely trustworthy. You get quality people, quality service, and my furnace and AC couldn’t be better 🙂
Updating Jan 2025: The entire recommendation below still stands. I genuinely wish I had an LCS for every type of service my home uses. Original: Incredible service! I've used LCS for years (through two houses) and there is no one else I trust more to service my a/c and furnace. The front office staff is responsive,…
Jason the technician is always cordial, tidy and informative. The company practices Covid safety. I trust their skills and abilities.
Mark is the best! Always reliable and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
I’ve been using LCS for a few years now. They consistently provide honest excellent service that you can trust. Heather in the office is excellent and Mark is an amazing technician.
Always show up on time after texting that they are in route. Thorough and professional. Never had an issue with their service.
My technician was very prompt and professional. All of my issues were resolved in a timely manner.
With subzero weather, everyone’s heating system was being tested to capacity. Many systems went out, including mine. It started with the gas line, regulators and through 3-4 days of testing the furnace gas valve, and adjusting pressures, I now have heat. Mark was quick to respond with a professional attitude and of great knowledge. Special thanks to him!!!
Travis provided my routine service on my furnace. I appreciate the explanation and tips on how I can increase the airflow in my system. Great service from Travis and LCS.
They did an excellent job. Quick, efficient and explained everything about the work that was completed.
Happy with the service - knowledgeable and helpful - will continue using LCS
We have been using LCS for years to maintain our HVAC system and are always impressed with their level of service and knowledge. Recently, Ryan performed our spring AC tune up and went above and beyond by alerting us to a gas leak at our meter. He did great work!
LCS heating hasn't let me down once and I've been using them for 8-9 years now. Always recommend them.
LCS installed our furnace and a/c in the summer of 2021 and their technician, Jason S, recently completed our systems yearly maintenance. Jason was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He found some static in our system and made some adjustments that should resolve the issue and lower our energy bill.…
Always professional and always on time. We are very pleased with our decision to hire LCS for our new unit and subsequent maintenance package.
We will happily continue to rely on LCS to keep our home‘s needs taken care of. We love their maintenance program and the communications they have set up to schedule, remind, and let us know the technician is on the way. Thank you shoutout to our consistent tech, Ryan!
Techs are always courteous and take the time to explain (in layman's terms) any issues encountered

So far so good.
Replaced capacitor and cleaned blower fan. Jerome was friendly and helpful.
I have used LCS before and love working with them. I have referred all of my friends and family to them since the service from start to finish has always been so fantastic.
Great company to do business with. I’m a repeat customer and each time the tech has been professional and respectful of my home and property. Techs have been friendly and knowledgeable. Very glad to have an HVAC company I trust.
Curtis. Prompt. Professional.
They were able to fit me into their schedule to fix my A/C then gave me various options to fix the issue. Very nice and knowledgeable technicians
We had LCS replace our 20+ year old furnace about 3 years ago. After searching reviews and checking pricing. We felt that their pricing was competitive. During and following the install they proved to be professional and customer focused. Today we had an annual heating tune up and our technician, Jason, was…
Travis Ross from LCS was an excellent tech and very professional. I would use them every time.
The LCS Team is fabulous to work with. In this case, I had seen them about a month before with an AC issue with a 16-year-old AC/HVAC unit. So when I started having issues again and reached out, while the news was 'time for a new unit', Travis gave me a credit toward this since I'd seen them so recently. On the day…
Second time using this company and I will definitely use them as my go to. Customer service is phenomenal, from scheduling to service and after. Cori was awesome! On time, efficient, and knowledgeable. She even took the time to roll the hose back up after she used it to clean out our AC fan. Very appreciated!!
Cori was fantastic...she showed up on time, was very friendly and personable, worked very efficiently and provided great feedback on our system...we will continue to do work with LCS!
These guys are professional and found an issue cause our heating system to underperform. Fixed it in a jiffy. Great work, I'll use them again in the future.
Absolutely the best. I've had LCS handle my HVAC needs for the past many years, and I'm always impressed with them. Today, in particular! Christmas morning, we awoke to a chilly house and an uncooperative furnace. Christmas morning, of all times! Called LCS, and they had a tech at my house in less than an hour.…
LCS was recommended by a trusted friend. The booking experience was over email and was very simple and easy. The tech was thorough, explained the situation, and gave good advice. The price was explained in detail to me and was very reasonable. I'm very satisfied with this service!
Cori was very good at her job, knowledgeable and courteous.
Very efficient. Everyone is very professional. Travis and Cori were outstanding. They listened and made every effort to fix my problem.
First time using LCS Heating and Cooling, LLC. Prompt, courteous and notified me in advance of their arrival. Tech was professional and well versed in my heating system make & model. My system is 14 yrs old and the Tech did not try to sell me a new system. At this stage I would recommend them.
Samantha is very responsive and professional in setting appointments. Technician Cori was very knowledgable, efficient, and is a great communicator. I would highly recommend LCS!
