We called with no heat late on a Sunday. They called us and walked through some quick fixes to see if it was something we could do on our own. They then had someone out at 8am on Monday. Our furnace failed on a Friday night. LCS responded immediately and sent a technician (Jason) within an hour. Everything was put right and the price was reasonable. We have a yearly service contract with LCS and the cost of the repair was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience. Dylan was my technician. He was very polite, professional, timely and explained the problem to me in an effort to help keep this from happening again. Dylan also pointed out problem with water heater that was letting out carbon monoxide which can be fatal. Love this company!
