I had a company come and find some holes/cracks in my heat exchanger with a quote of $7k to replace. I called LCS for another opinion/estimate & Jerome spent so much extra time tracking down the manufacturer & finding out that the heat exchanger would be covered under warranty. I'm talking 3-4 different phone calls.…
Never have to worry about getting someone out to help when needed. Guests on their way and no heat. Nikita helping me out with the care she is so good at. Patient and so pleasant not to mention she knows her stuff. I will have comfortable guests thanks to her help. Thank you
Great company! We had some kinks to work out between our old house and new system. This is a company that cares!
Sam was very professional and Leone informed on what he was doing. Excellent employee that you have
LCS has always done good work for us and have beaten competitors on work we’ve done with them. Sam spent extra time with us outside typical maintenance protocol to help us with checking for growth or moisture concerns as we have recently dealt with a leaking shower that created mold spores. Update: Had a bathroom…
The LCS Team are always professional from scheduling the appointment to completing the work. We’ve used LCS for 5 years and they always provide great service!!
We called with no heat late on a Sunday. They called us and walked through some quick fixes to see if it was something we could do on our own. They then had someone out at 8am on Monday. Nikita fixed our issues quickly and loved our dogs! We then had T’Shayla out the next week to look through and do a full tune up. Both women were awesome.
Sam from LCS came out, and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the main issue with my system. He walked me through everything, and got right into resolving the issue. Had an noticeable difference in my system immediately. Sam is a great, professional, and thorough guy. LCS is my new go to heating and cooling company.…

Recently we had an issue with our furnace right after a major snowfall, and Sam Pohl came out quickly and helped get our furnace back up and running in no time. Sam was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We felt like he really listened to what we had going on, and was able to explain how he needed to troubleshoot the issue. We were very impressed that he was able to come out the same day, especially when the weather was so terrible and our furnace was out.
Sam was outstanding. Between the level of professionalism, detailed insights, recommendations, and focus on balancing cost to return on investment, he was the epitome of service excellence. If the balance of their organization is even 1/2 as professional as Sam, I’ve found the HVAC team I’ll be turning to for years…
LCH Heating and Cooling LLC has professional knowledgeable non pushing employees. It was such a positive experience than what we have had with other HVAC companies. They have made customers for life out of us. They showed up on time and sent a text showing the picture of the individual who was coming to our home. Highly recommend the company.
Nikita was very polite and did an awesome job on getting my heater fixed. She is my angel 😇. Super thankful for Austin and Caleb for helping us get sorted before a cold weekend. Grateful for Sam for taking care of our heating. He kindly took the time to explain what he was doing and how it all was connected to the issue. Last I appreciate Sam's tips and insights on safety and future preventative maintenance.
Sam was excellent! Came out on a Saturday during the coldest day of the year and got us up and running. Super friendly and great customer service. A++++
We had a heating emergency over the weekend and LCS showed up quickly to help us. Nikita was terrific and knowledgeable and very nice. I continue to be impressed by LCS!
Still waiting on information about a new facet of the furnace. The serviceman said he needed to check information at the office and would let me know next step.
Sam did an incredible job! His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile while cleaning the blower motor made a huge difference. This also made the house smell so much better (no more of that furnace smell that I got used to). Sam was extremely professional and took the time to answer all of my…

I’m giving a shoutout to LCS, specifically Nikita, for helping me twice this year! Over the summer, I had an issue with my air con unit. Updating Jan 2025: The entire recommendation below still stands. I genuinely wish I had an LCS for every type of service my home uses. Original: Incredible service! I've used LCS for years (through two houses) and there is no one else I trust more to service my a/c and furnace. The front office staff is responsive,…

LCS has been incredible since day 1, before we even closed on our home. They have always had someone out to take care of us the same day that we call in. Their technicians, front of office, and everyone we have been in contact with are intelligent, kind, and the most helpful. We are loyal to LCS and recommend them to anyone!
So far so good.
They were able to fit me into their schedule to fix my A/C then gave me various options to fix the issue. Very nice and knowledgeable technicians
Good job, Would use again.

Our furnace failed on a Friday night. LCS responded immediately and sent a technician (Jason) within an hour. Everything was put right and the price was reasonable. We have a yearly service contract with LCS and the cost of the repair was reasonable. Highly recommended.
LCS was able to come immediately when our furnace stopped working on a very cold, very snowy day. We were so thankful!

LCS was recommended by a trusted friend. The booking experience was over email and was very simple and easy. The tech was thorough, explained the situation, and gave good advice. The price was explained in detail to me and was very reasonable. I'm very satisfied with this service!
I have had LCS out to repair heating units on 2 houses. Both times they were on time, fast, and reasonably priced. They explained the problem well and answered all of my questions. Wonderful experience. Dylan was my technician. He was very polite, professional, timely and explained the problem to me in an effort to help keep this from happening again. Dylan also pointed out problem with water heater that was letting out carbon monoxide which can be fatal. Love this company!
