We found her just two months before our wedding reception at the Los Altos History House, after a really difficult experience with another planner, and she was an absolute lifesaver. From the beginning, Argelia was calm, organized, and incredibly detail-oriented. Before the event, she walked us through every part of the reception so thoroughly that we felt like we had already experienced the evening before it even happened. Just two weeks before the wedding, she helped us secure a bartending company, servers, and rentals after our original service provider fell through. She even helped us recover our money from the original company. She also coordinated our custom floral arrangements and made sure every little detail, from the card box to the table numbers, was taken care of. On the day of the wedding, she was attentive to everything and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt so comfortable enjoying our own reception that we extended cocktail hour and dinner, and somehow, thanks to Argelia, we still hit every major milestone on schedule! The reception was more beautiful and better executed than we could have imagined. We are so grateful to Argelia for stepping in on short notice and making the entire experience such a success. On time delivery of services and set up decorating the table with fresh flowers in colored glass vase. The costs and related quality of the services were cost effective to its quality of services in a very short time of notice. For someone trying to save its budget due to unemployment it is quite expensive.

Argelia is excellent to work with. She planned my son and daughter in law’s brunch the day after the wedding. From finding the venue to every last detail; flowers, seating, slide show, entrance decorations and communication with the venue Argelia was great. She is very creative and has excellent follow up. Argelia responds very quickly via text and email and answers questions and provides support. I definitely recommend her for your wedding planning!

Argelia went above and beyond to make our daughter’s wedding event go smoothly and stress free. Logistics were bit complicated due timeline, etc., but she managed everything from start to end seamlessly. Argelia had all necessary resources and helped with last minute needs. Excellent service. Argelia helped organize a 2-day event in Napa for my wife’s 50th bday in Napa. It was one of the most memorable events I’ve hosted and it wouldn’t have been possible without her help.
