Kris and Abraham were very professional and competent. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very courteous and polite. They were on top of their skill and had attention to detail. Always pleasant and we enjoyed having them in our home. They always kept the job site immaculate. Thank you and give them a RAISE.
A job well done by all involved. Ashley did a wonderful job in designing my bathroom remodel. She was able to understand my vision of what I wanted and was able to transfer it to a working model. The work crew was great and were very methodical in their approach to the project. They kept me up to date on their daily…
We are absolutely thrilled with our experience with **Legacy Bath and Kitchen** and couldn’t be happier with the transformation of our home. They remodeled our kitchen, bathroom, bedroom closet, and laundry room, along with installing new flooring throughout our home. What started as a remodeling project turned into…
This summer we had one of our bathrooms remodeled by Legacy. From the moment we walked into their showroom, we knew we had found the right company to do our remodel. We appreciated the ideas offered by our design consultant and knew upfront what our project cost would be. The estimated project timeline was right…
Another, stellar job by Legacy Bath. Our second bathroom remodel. Larry and Tyler were absolutely the best. Efficient, very friendly and super clean and quiet. My bathroom looks like a dream. Only bathroom remodeling company we will use. Excellent, service! Thanks guys!
Legacy Bath & Kitchen Remodel was professional and accommodating to our needs. We requested special orders that required longer timeline for delivery. Once all materials were received and remodeling started, we were complete as contracted.
Larry and Tyler did a great job of transforming our bathroom into a modern, efficient area that we can use as we age in place.
We used Legacy Bath & Kitchen in 2020 and 2021 and were very pleased with the results. We recently asked them to remodel three additional bathrooms and our laundry room. Again they did a great job. I recommend this company without hesitation.
First, I received NO compensation from Legacy for writing this review and my family has no relationship which Legacy other than Customer/Supplier. During the quoting phase of our renovation project I was initially hesitant to choose Legacy Bath & Kitchen as they were the highest of the 4 Bids on our Master…
I could not have asked for a better team to complete my master bathroom remodel! Luca & Abram were sensational from start to finish. They were both very professional, hard-working, respectful of our space, and just overall very pleasant individuals. As a mother of 3 very young kids, I was expecting this process to…
The Legacy Crew including Priscilla, Jose, Mark (Foreman) and Daniel all did a tremendous job to get the project completed in a timely manner. Hats off to the whole crew.
TLDR version first: Legacy Bath and Kitchen is a trustworthy, skilled and well-run company with outstanding employees, great customer service and communication. We are very pleased with the work they did for us and would absolutely have them do more remodeling for us in the future. We rarely give '5 star'…
I am very happy with my new bathroom! It's a small bathroom but Legacy made it beautiful. Aaron and his crew did very good work and consulted me with all decision that had to be made. Overall, very pleased.
Mine was a kitchen remodel. The design phase was painless and involved a two-way dialog with a great outcome. The project was well managed and involved several high-quality subs in addition to the Legacy employees. Clear communication among the workers and with me made it a smooth process. At all points in the…
We are so pleased with the results of our bathroom remodel. Jose was so helpful getting us started with design work. Julio and Alfredo amazed us with the variety of skills they had to complete the entire project. Thank you all at Legacy for your expertise
My husband and I recently had our master bath remodeled by Legacy and we couldn’t be more pleased. It is absolutely beautiful and even more beautiful than we could ever have imagined. Luca and Isiah were here on time and called each day to let me know that they would be here in 30 minutes. They arrived EVERY day…
My wife and I are extremely pleased with the recent master shower remodel done by Legacy Bath & Kitchen of San Antonio. We contracted this company to enlarge our master shower. Please extend a special thank you to the outstanding Sales, Construction, Design and Customer Support Team of: Jose, Violet and Laura…
Legacy was one of four bids. They were not the cheapest - but Jose's presentation and help with the design was so helpful we went with them. We do not regret it one bit. As a matter of fact - it is rare to give 5 star right? So, here was our challenge: - we had my daughter at age 39 moving in with us due to a…
Did you choose my review? If you did, let me help you decide. First, the short version: 23 years we’ve been in this cookie-cutter house. My wife wanted a new bathroom. I wanted a new bathroom. We had different views on the bathroom though: she wanted a luxurious bathroom and I wanted affordable, obviously wanting…
The Legacy team did a fantastic job renovating our master bathroom. They replaced an old spa tub with a new walk-in tub, rebuilt the shower enclosure, replaced all the cabinets and countertops, and replaced the floor and wall tiles. My wife had collected antique ceramic tiles in England and wanted them included in…
Legacy completely remodeled our bathroom, removing a huge tub and converting the space into a beautiful walk in shower. The experience was so easy and stress free from start to finish. Laura and Genny in the office were very helpful and courteous. Kha was our salesman and did a great job with design and color…
This is our 2nd project with Legacy and we couldn’t be more pleased! From the planning stage with Priscilla, our designer on both projects, who was able to bring our vision to reality to the crew that made it all happen we would highly recommend Legacy! Thomas and Matt were the main crew who performed almost all…
Legacy remodeled my parents bathroom, they took the tub out and installed a walk-in shower. Our designer Priscilla was very helpful, patience, and responsive. Priscilla designed a beautiful safe shower for my parents that doesn't look like it belongs in a hospital. I would highly recommend Legacy Bath and Kitchen and Priscilla!
We used Legacy Bath & Kitchen to do a complete renovation of our kitchen. They replaced cabinets, countertops, tile backsplash, added under cabinet lighting, and designed and constructed a new kitchen island. We love our new kitchen! The design was accomplished by Jose Vasquez. He was very easy to work with and…
We had a complete bathroom remodeling. Choosing the fixtures and finishes was very easy. The construction process was great. The workers were very courteous and communicated well with us. And we have a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Could not be happier! Jose helped us design the remodeled bathroom and was always available if we had any questions during the remodeling. Mark headed the installation team. He is a hard working professional. It was refreshing to work with someone who honestly worked hard to make sure we were happy with the final…
My experience with Legacy Bath and Kitchen was great from beginning to end. Kha was the design consultant I worked with. He came to my home and provided me with all my options for my master bathroom remodeled. Kha explained that process from start to finish and things happened exactly ad he said they would.…
I am writing to commend your construction crew of Eddie and Thomas to you. Words cannot express our extreme pleasure at their work. They arrived timely every day. They protected our furniture with plastic and our carpets with cloths. They worked steadily every moment. If I hadn’t know they were there, half the time…
