Customers frequently cite same-day availability, thorough inspections, and clear communication as key aspects of the service experience. Reviews highlight professional conduct, including on-time arrivals, detailed explanations of repairs, and attention to detail during installations and tune-ups. A recurring criticism in lower-rated feedback concerns pricing, with one customer noting that parts were quoted significantly higher than retail alternatives.

Extremely overpriced. Quoted $640 for the same garage door springs that were available on Amazon for $91. Getting an extra star for showing up on time but they are ripping people off big time!!

We had a busted door spring and called Legacy for an estimate. Unfortunately, our spring broke several months ago but due to some health complications the garage door took a backseat (life!). Spencer arrived and immediately set to work examining everything about the door, even noting several missing screws and corners cut by the last installation company. (Not Legacy!) Spencer is SO knowledgeable and was compassionate to our situation. He was honest with what he felt would work well for our family's use of the door (and it wasn't the most expensive option!). In under 2 hours he had our door working better than it ever has!!! It's tuned up, it's quiet (the yellow Legacy rollers are AMAZING by the way!) and he took the extra steps to make our door SAFE! I can't express what it means that he took the time to give us piece of mind in having a safe door for our 3 year old to be around. We never asked him to do this, that's just the kind of compassion and integrity Spencer has. We will ONLY use Legacy after this interaction. The level of service is absolutely unmatched, and I can not recommend them enough! Call Legacy for your garage door needs, you won't be disappointed!

Very professional, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly.
The attention to detail was impressive. There was no question that this was professional service. Great explanations and information.
I had my spring break on my main garage door and Spencer from Legacy Garage Door came out and spent the afternoon fixing it with new springs and rollers. He did a great job. I highly recommend Legacy Garage Doors for any Garage door needs. Thanks Spencer.👊
