Steven was professional and thorough. The inspection report was easy to read. Steven pointed out many items and explain the critical and non-critical items. I wasn't a fan of the card processing fee, but I understand it's necessary for some companies.

We had Legacy Home Inspections do our whole home inspections for our first home. They were very thorough and answered all the questions that we had in detail! They were amazing, easy and quick to work with! Also very affordable!

The inspector was not familiar with shake shingle roofing and said there were “holes”; however, shake roofing swells when wet therefore light can be seen between them!
